I cannot give enough stars for how easy Patty made the entire process for us and how beautiful her home was. It was spacious, clean and comfortable! She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and was very helpful with aspects in planning our trip. Bayside where her home is located is close to everything and our kids loved the clubhouse, indoor pool and outdoor pool and game room.

We enjoyed our stay here so much!! From the moment we arrived we felt at home. Patrice thought of every little detail. She sent us maps and all kinds of information about the area. The house is beautiful and so is the neighborhood. It was so peaceful and quiet. We can’t wait to plan another trip. We literally just had to show up with our personal stuff, unpack and enjoy our time in Bethany!! I would highly recommend this home to any family that’s going to this area. I could go on and on about how wonderful this home was but I just think that if you’re considering renting this one don’t think about anything else!!!! Do it. It’s well worth it!! If I could give 10 stars ✨ I would!!!! She even had shower gel, lotion, shampoo and conditioner and all sorts of things just in case you forgot yours! Again, I could go in and on!!!! GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!!!

This place was perfect for our family of 4 adults (19-78) and 1 youngin 18! Everything was clean and the place was super clean and had a lovely vibe. It was great to have a master ensuite with king bed and a double and twin in 2nd bedroom and queen in third bedroom. The clubhouse was just down the road about 5 houses and we enjoyed the tennis and pickleball courts. Patrice was incredible and so easy to work with. we had to make some last minute adjustiments and she was very accomodating. Thank you.

This home was everything our family wanted and needed, from the beach gear to the kitchen items (Keurig, storage bags, seasonings, dish soap). With 3 adults and 3 kids, there was plenty of room to sit together and also spread out. The bedrooms were spacious, especially the master suite. The owner is easily accessible and was in contact with me prior to our stay as well as the night before we left. Highly recommend this home!

This property was even roomier than we imagined from the pictures. There was space for everyone to find a cozy nook to read in or to gather as a group. The neighborhood amenities were wonderful and provided options to workout, walk, swim and play tennis. This property is clean and has everything you would want and need to make your stay comfortable and fun. We loved it!

We abosolutely loved the property! Not only was Patti a phone call away but she sent emails with reminders and reccomendations for around the area. We referred back to her emails a few times to look for local parking, things to do, and places to eat. We had a group of 8 and that included 3 children, and not once did we feel crowded. Plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing. My family had a bad experience with VRBO before but this time it was so smoothe and check in/ checking out was a breeze. 10/10 would recommend stay here.

From the beginning, the homeowner was amazing to work with and always provided prompt and detailed answers to our questions. Since this was our first time in Bethany Beach she helped us understand the town and most importantly the parking. The house was great in a quiet and safe feeling community. The clubhouse was a nice touch to have as an option B if weather didn't cooperate. The house had all the amenities that you can think of at your own home. The addition of the beach chairs and coolers were a very nice touch since that's a few things that you don't need to bring if coming from out of town. We're already looking forward to another trip and would definitely recommend this location and home owner.

The house was great and the owner was very responsive. We were able to spread out and all have our own space. The pool was wonderful and it was a quick drive to the beach and the boardwalk. We will definitely be back!

This property exceeded our expectations! It was absolutely beautiful and very spacious! The beds were very comfortable and there was so much space for our family to spread out. The townhouse is within a short driving distance to downtown Bethany and the beach. The owner was wonderful to work with and very responsive. We would highly recommended this property!!!

Great vacation house! The host was very responsive. Home was clean and well stocked. Also had a lot of items that were needed for the beach. We would definitely book this home again.

My friends and I came for some much needed time together. The house was clean and spacious. It is conveniently located to nearby trails and grocery stores, a very short drive to downtown restaurants and the beach. The owner was very welcoming and the back and forth communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and are hoping to!

We stayed for MDW and while the weather wasn't the best the home and area was. The house is located in a private community that offers an indoor/outdoor pool along with a game room. This kept the kids busy all throwing the cold rainy weekends. The home is a 5 min drive from the Bethany boardwalk, restaurants grocery stores and anything you could need. Patrice was a wonderful host, She kept in contact with me the entire time before during and after our stay. The house was clean and welcoming with board games for the kids and all you would need for the perfect beach day. If you're looking for a home in Bethany beach area then look no further. We are already planning our next stay !

Lovely home. We enjoyed our stay with family. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items (pots, pans, silverware, etc.). The home was safe for the little kids and had some fun books to read on our downtime. Close to beach and restaurants. Having a washing machine was super handy. Overall a great experience!

The owner was amazingly helpful in helping with an impromptu weekend getaway. She was quick to respond. The house was very comfortable, clean, and had just about anything you needed, especially in the kitchen, which is important to me because I enjoy cooking. This is a house we would come back to again whether it is just us or if we travel with friends. Thank you again!!

My guests and I stayed at Patti's townhouse from Friday to Sunday (3 days, 2 nights) in late September 2020. The townhouse was large and clean and the property and community included a screened-in porch, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, and the Sunset Deck that are worth noting. That being said, we had some concerns that we raised with the homeowner: My guests and I traveled 3 hours for a weekend get-away at the beach, so we decided to use the sheets and linens that were offered at the house instead of dragging along our own bedding and towels. In this COVID-19 environment, we found it hugely concerning that guests are the ones responsible for cleaning linens and towels and not the homeowner. If the homeowner is not overseeing this process or cleaning the sheets and linens prior to his/her next guests checking in, how can the homeowner assure the new guests that the previous guests had properly cleaned and sanitized the sheets & linens like they should be? Because of this uncertainty, my guests and I felt we had no option but to wash all of the sheets and linens PRIOR to using them the first time. We were frustrated by the homeowner's email message the morning of our arrival that we would be expected to wash, dry, and put away the sheets and linens before we checked out. With our check-out time at 11:00 AM Sunday, this required us waking at 8:00 AM in order to be able to have the sheets & linens washed, dried and put away before 11:00 AM. This proved to be extremely inconvenient and inconsiderate given that some folks had wanted to sleep in during their vacation. Additionally, she charged us a $100 cleaning fee plus a $59 property damage protection fee, so we were unclear how it was justified to expect us to clean the used sheets and linens. We had never stayed at a rental where we were required to wash, dry, and put away the linens. Also, while it was nice that the townhouse included additional equipment for beach and outdoor use, basic supplies such as tissues, toilet paper, and paper towels were poorly stocked. During our Friday to Sunday stay, we found ourselves running short of these basic supplies by Saturday night. It seemed like each bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper, and not all of them were full rolls at the onset. We believe that these issues are easily fixable and tried to address them privately with the homeowner twice via email, but sadly she never responded to the messages.

This is a great and friendly neighborhood. It is close to Bethany Beach and to conveniences like grocery store, restaurants, etc. The owner is extremely awesome and communicative. Love it!

This townhouse , located in a quiet, well-maintained community, is so spacious (open concept lower level with 1/2 bath and laundry room with sink, 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 full baths with walk-in- showers.). Beautiful well-stocked kitchen, TVs all over the place including all bedrooms, 2 car garage filled with several bikes, a stroller, and beach chairs, beach buggie, etc. There is a separate dining room, two living/TV rooms, and a sun room/ screened porch that leads to a patio all made comfortable with tables, chairs, and an outdoor umbrella for those sunny , hot days! As much as we loved the townhouse, the location was just awesome...very close to Bethany Beach and the boardwalk, the bay, great eating places (try Hooked Up), playgrounds, grocery stores, We were there only 3 nights and would rent again from Patti in a heartbeat.

You will not be disappointed! The home is beautiful and the kitchen is FULLY stocked with all the accessories you will ever need. The location is a short drive (or bike ) to Bethany. I stayed here with my husband and two children and had a great time in the pools, playing tennis and taking bike rides (bikes were provided). In the evenings, the kids were able to enjoy their “down time” watching TV in their bedrooms! There are plenty of yard games AND board games to enjoy as well! The grocery store is in walking distance and Miniature Golf Locations are abundant. They clubhouse staff are wonderful and knowledgeable in the area and were very friendly. The pool has limited hours due to COVID to allow for sanitizing. The hours were 10-12, 1-3, 4-6 with limited capacity. We did not have to wait at all to use the pool! The owner is very nice and does a fantastic job communicating with you about your upcoming stay! We would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely fabulous stay! The house was really spacious and allowed us to be able to spread out considering that we spent a lot of time at home given the pandemic going on. My favorite things about the house were the screened in porch (with a TV!) and the grill. We took advantage of both almost every day. We also enjoyed being able to go up to the pool in the community. Using the pool was easy and seamless. It is a cost, but completely worth it. I will definitely be returning next year!

The house is spacious and clean. The neighborhood is cute and safe; my son loved riding his bike around. Very easy drive to the beach. Patti answered my questions quickly. We would for sure rent here again!! Highly recommend!!

Patti’s process is great! We wanted a relaxing, fun weekend away - and this stay was great. A short drive to many amenities. House fully stocked! Comfortable.

We had a wonderful time thanks to the owner who made it easy and very comfortable for us.

As soon as we walked in the door, we realized the photos don't do it justice! The layout is open and spacious, with lots of lovely natural light. The kitchen was well stocked and the host was extremely gracious and responsive. We did not have any problems at all. We had a really comfortable stay. Our group consisted of two families. We appreciated how there weren't really any shared walls between the bedrooms (closets and bathrooms provided buffers), so everyone had plenty of privacy and a restful stay. We enjoyed the screened in porch and did some stargazing in the backyard. Families might want to know that there is only one DVD player (located in the sitting room near the kitchen) and it does not play BlueRay disks. The community rules don't allow you to dry towels outside, so it's nice to have 2 sets of beach towels and swimsuits so you always have a dry one. We let ours air dry in the garage or used the dryer. The clubhouse was gorgeous and we enjoyed poolside sunsets all week. It was nice to burn off some kid energy on the playground and in the game room before the car ride home on departure day. Overall, we would recommend this property and its host!
