Had everything we needed and 1/2 block to the prom

We had a delightful holiday. The house is well laid-out and it's an easy walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms nicely remodeled. The living room had plenty of seating. The kitchen was well-appointed, though some of the skillets need replacing and there's no large pot for cooking pasta (fortunately we'd brought our own).

Our stay was wonderful, this home is great. There were 5 adults, we each had our own room to stay in and the living room is spacious but cozy. Would recommend every time!

Our family enjoyed all the space and modern conveniences

My family felt very comfortable in this house and it had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. The location is amazing and the view from the top deck was gorgeous.

We had to reschedule from June due to Covid. Owner bent over backwards to accommodate new dates. Best customer service I’ve had in years. Immediately felt at home, gorgeous property and an amazing location. Everything was perfect. A short walk to a gorgeous beach. Shopping and restaurants were minutes away. We will be back

Traveling with my 88 year old Mom and 2 sisters on an Oregon coast trip, we spent 3 beautiful days in this house. We were able to walk to the beach easily and it's a short walk to the main street where all the shops and restaurants are. Home has been updated and has nice accommodations. Can't beat it for space. Only downside is packing large suitcases upstairs. There is 1 bedroom downstairs and 4 upstairs.

This house is in a perfect location right by the prom and access to the beach. The layout of the house is great for a large group.

This home was as beautiful as pictured and is so close to many of Seaside's attractions. Would love to rent again in the future and can recommend, two thumbs up!

Excellent location. Short walk to city center but far enough to not have noise or traffic. Off street parking for 3 vehicles. Close access to beach trail across dunes. Nice backyard with new propane BBQ and propane fire pit. Picnic table with chairs. House is very well equipped with linens, towels, newer kitchen appliances, plates, etc and equipment. Each of five beds is in separate room. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is updated and just a very Short walk to the beach. The view from the upstairs bedroom is awesome. We loved our time here.

I was surprised when I walked into the house how nice, clean and updated it was. I think it said it was a three bedroom, but it's a 4 bedroom house. LOVE the kitchen and openness and the mattresses are really comfy! It's just a few second walk to the boardwalk, a 10 minute walk to the center of Seaside which is very handy. I highly recommend this nice house and would definitely stay again.

The house was nice but there was no mat for the tub so it was slippery. Furniture was uncomfortable in the living room. Some of the remotes for the TVs did not work. the tub did not drain well in the upstairs bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay here. The beach and prom were close and a short easy walk. The view of the ocean from the upstairs was nice. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. I recommend this house and would stay here again.

Unauthorized check on us violated our privacy. We didn’t check if a camera was installed inside or outside the house. We had family gathering at seaside and half of members were staying at different rental resort but visited us couple of days for my daughter BD celebration. I think her number came from that visit. We are told our deposit will not be returned due to garbage left behind. There is a new construction next door (neighbor house) and workers come at 7 am and making loud noise. The property description doesn’t say anything about this. One of the bed makes loud noise with a body move. It will wake you up. Shower tab was flooded during our stay and there were few broken windows blinds. We will not rent this house again.

The house was very nice and comfy. It was clean. It has a fantastic kitchen if you want to cook. Best kitchen and dishes of any house I've ever stayed in at Seaside. It has a private master for anyone who wants privacy. There are 4 nice bedrooms upstairs. Overall, it is a very comfortable house less than half a block, literally one house then the house to the prom. The south end of the prom is my favorite end. It is near all the great houses, nice and safe walking away from the hotels, and crowds etc. You can see the ocean from the master bedroom and hear the waves, although you kind of have to look past two houses in the middle of construction. There is a nice view it is just there are two houses in front being worked on, and the ocean is just past them. I did not mind, but there is quite a bit of noise early in the mornings. If you are a late sleeper and noise bothers you, this is a consideration. Overall, I liked being less than half a block from the south end of the prom, and easy walk to downtown. I'd stay here again! The downstairs bathroom does have a musty smell (extremely common at Seaside), but aired out when leaving the window open a bit. The rest of the house was just great. I prefer the beach access on the south end of the prom, as it is a bit more accessible, closer nicer walk than the north end. This house has great access to the beach, very close and easy.

Amazing location, didn't realize how close it was to everything! Literally within walking distance of downtown, just walk out to the boardwalk.

We felt at home the moment we walked into the home. Perfect size for our family gathering. Kitchen is well stocked, with all the amenities of home. Quick walk to Beach and town.

Myself, and 3 other adults stayed at this property. It was very clean. The upstairs bedrooms were clustered together and the large downstairs master was very private and quiet, in it's own wing. One upstairs bedroom had a fabulous ocean view and a balcony. I found the master bed very comfortable, but 2 of the adults upstairs had complaints about theirs. The third person found it comfortable. There was a small bonus room with a bed and no closet.

The house was perfect. Clean, well stocked and nice location. The beds are super comfortable and we had a wonderful time. We plan on coming back next summer and staying at this great home.

Good house for our family. The size was just right, and the location was great. We walked the boardwalk and the beach several times. The house was clean and parking was good. I’d suggest replacing the upstairs master mattress as it’s quite lumpy even with the memory foam topper. We didn’t receive any check out instructions so we did what we would expect from a renter. Overall a good rental and we would stay again!

Property was clean spacious & newly updated. Better than expected! 2 Kings 2 Queens AND a double! Great stay in a beautiful home with a well stocked stunning kitchen. Beautiful bath's & gorgeous view from upstairs deck.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was clean and a lot of room first of all,but it was so much more then that. It felt like home, very comfortable! Our son got married at Seaside so it was nice to have a house where our kids and grandkids could come and visit. We played cards on the large table in the kitchen and we loved that it had an open concept kitchen and front room. The grandkids played in the fenced yard and it was just steps from the beach . We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. We would gladly rent it again for future family gatherings.

We all had a great time. House is very clean, well equipped and comfy. Even our dog had a blast at the beach so grateful we could bring him with us. Thank you for a great family vacation
