We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! My husband and I, our 3 college age boys and 3 of there friends had the best time. There was plenty of room for us all and the location was spectacular. The house has skin/out access to the town lift and is walking distance to Old Town shops and restaurants. We are hoping to return next year and would highly recommend this property!

Terrific house and terrific location to downtown and skiing (ski in and out). Elevator made it very easy to bring luggage/groceries up to the different levels (four floors). Was very perfect for a family vacation of 9 !

From the first step through the door to the elevator trip up to the top, this house was fantastic! The kitchen, the bedrooms, the hot tub, the short walk down the stairs to Main Street, the few steps to the slopes that led to the Town Lift, and the view from the deck were nothing short of amazing! Truly a family trip of a lifetime!!

We’ve stayed in many rental homes in Park City over the years and this place is among the best. The location can’t be beat. The house is well designed and modern. It was clean and comfortable all around. The host did a good job communicating with us. I highly recommend this house to others, especially if you have a group of 6 or more people.

We had such a great trip staying at this house. The location was perfect! Steps out the front door and short walk down to main street and can literally ski right up to the hot tub on the top porch. The house was very well stocked and had so many basics that made it very easy to cook meals from home when we too tired to go out. The beds were very comfortable and place was spotless. My only comment is that the fourth bedroom (on main level) was advertised as also having a fireplace and didn’t have a fireplace or even a closet, although it did have a full bathroom. Not a big problem, but just something to be aware of. Would definitely come back again!

We had such a great stay at this house and would highly recommend it. The house is a beautifully decorated, comfortable space for people of all ages. We had 11 of us, ages ranging 11-81 and there was plenty of space to spread out and gather too. The location is ideal to ski in/out and walk a few minutes to town. The house managers were very responsive and helpful as well . We look forward to visiting again and would love to stay here again! Can’t wait!

We loved our experience at the property!! Amazing location. Gorgeous home. We literally walked out the back door to ski and catch town lift. Owner and manager were both super accessible and easy to communicate with during our stay. They reached out a few different times and it was so appreciated. We would absolutely recommend this home to anybody looking in the area.

Eleven family members had a wonderful stay at this truly ski in/ski out property. It was also a vert short walk to downtown and its many great restaurants and shopping. This property is large enough to give everyone enough space, and perfectly-situated making both daytime and nightime activities very easy. This property is exactly as-described, and is very well-hosted -- no issues with check-in, check-out, or handling minor issues when they arose. Super place!

The location of this house is perfect. It’s an easy walk to all of the shops and restaurants downtown and it is also a ski in/ ski out house.

What a fabulous property. Location is 5 star and the overall details and quality of the property are spot on. It'a short, 2 min walk to Main St and the heart and nightlife of Park City. Restaraunts, Bars and shops are right out the front door. The ski in/ski out is a perfect start and end of your skiing day. No hassle with cars and lockers, jump on and off with ease. Overall we had 8 adults and 3 teenagers stay for a week and we had plenty of room for sleeping, relaxing and gathering as a group for games, snacks and eats. Highly recommend adding this to your property wish list next time visiting Park City. Can't wait to see the place in the summer!!

This house and location are outstanding. I hosted a small work retreat and with the house layout, everyone had their own room and a lot of privacy. The upper floor was a great gathering location with awesome views. We also skied from the upper deck.

We had 6 adults & 5 kids, and there was more than enough room for everyone. The location was great!!--ski in/ski out, and walking distance to everything in town. The views from the 4th floor were awesome! House had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We have a group of adults that have been going to Park City for the past ten years. We have had very mixed experiences with both the places we have rented as well as the management teams. However, this was by far the beat experience we have had. The house is spectacular and has everything you need. The location could not be better. The kitchen was stocked with every pan and pot one could need (which was great as we loved cooking there). Linda (house manager) absolutely rocked and was VERY responsive and easy to communicate with. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home! We look forward to returning!

This property has it all. Great location for exploring Main Street, great location for hitting the slopes, great amenities for just relaxing at the house. Amazing views, comfortable living spaces, very helpful and attentive property managers. Hoping to come back every year!

Absolutely incredible ski home. We had skiers of all levels and were able to accommodate all of them easily. The home itself is amazing. We especially enjoyed having 4 stories -- everyone could get away if they needed to or everyone could be together. The home is very versatile.

Fantastic place. Everything from the quality of the towels to the wonderful caretakers was perfect. Fantastic location on trail and 5 minutes down the town stairs to Main Street.

Our family enjoyed this beautifully furnished ski in ski out. The kitchen was especially well stocked with everything we needed to create gourmet meals Great location, with beautiful views from the balcony and windows. The hot tub was amazing and we were able to watch skiers! It was very convenient as we could walk to town. The beds were all very comfortable. The elevator was wonderful to not have to lug equipment and groceries up the stairs. The property managers were very helpful and available when we had questions.

Gorgeous house centrally located in old town. The back patio opens up to a ski run. Property has amazing views of downtown and surrounding area. House amenities are top notch, and the bedrooms and beds are super comfortable. Amazing house, I would highly recommend.

Hosts were ready and willing to go above and beyond from the beginning, offering grocery delivery, a ride from the airport, etc. They provided an overview of the property, set expectations and showed the group where everything could be found. Well appointed property throughout, including fully stocked kitchen and hot tub on the top floor (however there is not a bathroom on that level). While there is an elevator, if you do not like stairs, this home may not be suitable. No garage space for car(s), but room for 2 cars outside. Location is ideal: 2 blocks from Main Street and 100 yards downhill to High West Distillery.

We stayed at this lovely home in January. 2 families with 4 adults and 6 kids accommodated easily. The house is well appointed and laid out. I particularly liked having the kitchen and living area on the top floor with great views. The outdoor Jacuzzi and BBQ were great. I also liked having two essentially equivalent master bedrooms. As we had two sets of parents neither felt like they were short changed on the bedroom selection. The lift was handy with tired kids at the end of the day. The only thing we felt was lacking was a dedicated drying room. The owners do request no shoes in the house which is fine by us as we do the same thing at home. That said two of us slipped and fell on the stairs in our socks so I'd suggest bare feet or take some indoor slippers. Unfortunately when we were there the snow was poor and the ski in ski out run was closed. If it had been open the house is in a perfect location. Fortunately we had a car but the shuttle is an easy walk away. Staying in the old town is a plus. Although its a drive/shuttle to the ski school in the morning for the kids this is more than compensated for by the easy evening walk to Main Street an all the restaurants, shops and activities. The owners and local managers were great to deal with. I'd highly recommend this house.
