Convenient location, clean and comfortable.

True ski in/ski out - 120 steps from the elevator to the ski run. The owner was extremely pleasant and responsive to our needs. Large hot tub at the complex was perfect for soaking after a long day of skiing. Easily accommodated our group of 6 adults. I have stayed at plenty of places where they barely provided enough toilet paper and hand soap, but this was nicely stocked. Overall great experience and good value. I would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed the convenient location. The condo was clean and the heating/cooling of the house was perfect. We skied in and out to the resort and was only 5 minutes from the bus routes and convenient stores. But yet far enough away from any unwanted noise. Definitely recommend this location.

We chose this location for its close access to the ski resort and the fact that it had 6 separate beds. My group consisted of 6 grown men so we all wanted our own bed. The size of the condo easily accommodated the group. I was complemented by all of my ski buddies for picking an awesome location. The unit had everything we needed. There is an assigned ski locker on the ground floor which was very nice and had enough space for all of our boards and skis. This was very convenient as we did not have to try and find space for all our gear within the unit itself and didn't have to deal with melting snow from our gear within the unit. The owners conveniently included an instructional video on how to find and use the locker. Along with this, there was a nook within the unit for hanging up all of our snow clothes so they could easily dry. This unit was definitely designed with snow sports in mind. The mountain itself was very accessible. It was probably 50 yards to the slopes down a very easy-to-walk path and then another 60 yards or so to the first lift. If you, like me, are into mapping out your runs, the trail accesses the lift line of the "First Run" lift. This was very convenient as that lift opens at 0845 which is 15 minutes prior to the other lifts. You can easily access the First Run lift and be riding up to the top at 0845 and then ride down to the lift line of your choice from there. This prevented us from having to walk all the way to our preferred lifts to get higher up the mountain. With a little bit of planning and if you keep your speed up on a board you can ride all the way back to the access path to the condo and not walk an extra unnecessary step. The condo had a hot tub that was big enough for about 20 people but we never used it. We had a vehicle and the underground parking was nice. The clearance was high enough to accommodate our full-size van. We were conveniently located to town and could be at the grocery store or shops within a couple of minutes by car. The unit came with a standard coffee pot. It had some of the basic staples provided (filters, salt, pepper, etc). The owners were very communicative and accessible and responded to our request for a resupply of trash bags and soap very quickly. The showers had plenty of body wash and shampoo also supplied. The body wash was a particularly nice brand. I wish I would have noted it. This was a 5-star experience. Stay here if you want easy and comfortable access to the resort.

This was an A+ property with regard to location. We loved the quick and easy access to the mountain. The accessible ski lockers on sight were great and easy to pick up on our short (less than 1 minute walk) to the mountain. The views were amazing and the pool-sized hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing! The beds were super comfy and had very warm blankets. There are, however, a few minor complaints. The house was very dated and I’m assuming stage lighting in the photos made it look much newer. It was fairly chilly in the rooms at some points because the thermostats didn’t heat up the house sufficiently. Make sure to make use of the gas fireplace as it mainly worked as a solution for that. The water filter on the fridge takes forever to fill up and also makes an obnoxiously loud noise from the sink when in usage. If you are staying up in the loft then you can hear **everything** from downstairs (even small movements.) The soap and conditioner bottles barely had anything in them. We had to ration each… With all this being said, this was a GREAT place if you’re willing to overlook a few minor inconveniences!!

Great location next to mountain. Very large and lots of space and amenities for condo were awesome. Owners were very accommodating for our requests and super responsive. Highly recommend.

With just three days to ski in park city, David and Laurie’s condo was perfect. Comfortable, clean, accommodating— we couldn’t ask for more and hope to return. Thank you David and Laurie for a memorable stay.

Exactly what you need in Park City. Lovely, clean, well stocked, ski in and out, close enough to town, but without having to deal with any congestion / noise. Well managed and easy in every way. Will be back soon as we can.

My friends and I had an incredible time. The condo was perfect - tucked away in a wonderful setting yet close to everything. We're already looking to book it in the Spring. 5-Stars all the way!

A wonderful stay. Short walk to the lifts, view of skiers from the balcony. This condo was functional and lovely stay for our family: Mom, dad, 3 daughters and 2 son-in-laws. Well furnished kitchen. Walked to Fresh Market for groceries. Took the city bus to Historic District several times for dinner and shopping. As advertised!

Wonderful for our family and family friends! The kids loved staying in the loft, and the beds were comfortable! They enjoyed their own space. Adults appreciated the nice bedrooms. Lovely condo with nice kitchen items. Very clean.

The communication with the owners was fantastic and when we had a minor issue, the owner made sure to get it resolved ASAP!! Would 100% recommend this property for your skiing vacation!!

Great week at Park City in a very convenient location. This was the second time we have stayed at this location. David was very accommodating and helpful just like last time. The hot tub gets a bit crowded for apres ski so wasn’t as ideal to take younger children that wanted to play in the water. Otherwise, fabulous.

Our group of friends really enjoyed staying here. David was extremely helpful and we loved being so close to the ski lifts!

Owners are very helpful. Check-in was a breeze. Free parking and very convenient to the elevator and ski locker room. Location to the lifts was great! A longer walk to the public buses though. We would recommend having a vehicle if you need to get out. Condo was clean and very comfortable for 8 (4 adults and 4 teenagers). Teenagers stayed in loft upstairs and had plenty of room. Just know that you will need to plan on having 2 bathrooms (and one of the bathrooms is in the master bedroom). The downstairs bedroom guests and the loft guests will all share one bathroom. It was very doable for us though. Just good to plan for :) The view out the back deck doors is great! Super fun to sit by the fireplace and watch the skiers come down and they recently completed a big jump that was a lot of fun for our teenagers to watch out the window. Overall a great experience and we are really thankful to have found this place!

The property was exactly as explained in the listing. Easy ski in and out. Ski locker room made it easy. The home had all the appliances and utensils you would need to cook up any dish. The beds were comfortable. Easy to get rid of the trash. Short walk to town and grocery stores.

Our family of 5 (with 3 teenage/young adult boys) stayed here over the holidays. Lift access was just a 2 minute walk away. We had our groceries delivered (instacart) and our skis delivered (Ski Butler) to our door without any problems. We used the hot tub everyday after skiing. It is large enough to accommodate several families. The condo is well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. You can see the Eagle lift and mountains from the balcony/den which is really nice. Overall, I don't think we could have picked a better condo location and the Owner, David, was extremely helpful and accommodating.

This condo was really nice and had been updated. There was everything you needed in the kitchen - cookware, utensils, soap, salt/pepper coffee filters, etc. as well as the bathrooms - soap, shampoo, hair dryer, etc. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was nice. The condo was clean and very well maintained. The location was great. The view from the balcony was really nice and it was close to the slopes. You could walk to a small market and several bars and restaurants. The bus stop was nearby so you could get to Deer Valley or into town for free and very easily. The check-in was easy, the owners very accommodating with answering questions and overall it was a wonderful experience.

We had a great stay at David's place! It's exactly as pictured, everything was sparkling clear, and communication with David was fast and easy. We weren't there to ski, but the slopes were literally right outside the window and buses into town were just down the road. We had everything we needed!

We had four adults and six kids staying comfortably in this wonderful condo. The views are spectacular and the complex was really nice.
