Very nice and just steps to beach from condo!! Great to deal with also !!!!

Really nice condo, great location, equipped with all you need, good appliances , all bedrooms had ocean views. Housekeeping could be better, but overall this was really nice place.

Property was exactly as listed. Plenty of room for our whole group. Property owner was very quick to message back and was extremely nice and accommodating. He definitely went above and beyond what was required! Property is right over the pool with parking right under the unit. The beach is just a short walk across the parking lot that puts you directly on the beach. Quiet complex with families. We enjoyed our stay so much. We will definitely book again!

Great little condo, communication with owner is fantastic. Worth mentioning, Lots of steps for children and older adults. wish they at least had a dumb waiter style elevator at least for luggage. Parking pass of $30 seems a bit much especially requiring one for every car there. Pool should have better posted times, and on sight security 24 hours. Those are not any issues in conyrol of owner. Condo was great!

This was our 2nd time staying in this unit and we absolutely love it. Plenty of room for the whole family and great location! Clean condo and very easy check in and access. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Greg I have no words he made our girls trip great!! With a early check in and a late check out! Just to top it off!! Location to the beach was excellent!!! Rooms and beds was also great! If we ever decide to come to Alabama again we would definitely stay again!!! And would recommend your condo

Super happy with everything! The condo was clean and easy communication with the manager. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, the beds were comfy. I did lose one star on the location portion of the review because it says beachfront but there is another row of condos between this listing and the beach, but not enough of a big deal to dampen our stay. My only suggestions would be some other places weve stayed has had a "beach closet" with sand toys, cooler bags, etc for those of us traveling light. Overall, a great stay! Would recommend to anyone!

This was our first family vacation and it was amazing! The property was just as the pictures showed…clean, beautiful and very close to the beach!! We had such a great time, we’re thinking about making it a yearly trip! Had a blast!

This was a great place to stay. There was a lot of things to do that was close to the condo. It was quite. Owners were great to work with.

Nice location, close to everything. Could use more seating for living room, but would stay again.

We wanted something that would give us all room to just be and that is what we got. No crossing a road to get to the beach, it was at our back door. Very clean and had room for all our groceries, lol! Pool located right outside the front door. Couldn't ask for better accommodations.

We have stayed at Ocean Reef before and loved it. The grounds are kept very tidy. The pool is awesome and is loved by the teens and the adults. This particular unit was perfect for my family. Only steps from the beach, great views, comfortable beds and everything inside unit that we needed. The refrigerator is a bit dated but it kept our food cold, the ice maker kept up with us AND we loved that it had filtered water!! Check in was really simple and unit was even ready early for us. Check out/clean up was super simple as well. Basically we just had to clean up our personal trash and that was it! We would definitely stay in this unit again. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

There were six adults and two kids that stayed here and it was just the right amount of room! And the best part, you're only STEPS from the beach!! It was a great place to stay and would absolutely stay here again in the future. Thank you for having us!!

Upper level Beach Condo with beach view from master bedroom. Had everything we needed & property owner responds so quickly to any messages!! Very thankful for the washer & dryer! Bring paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, charcoal for the grills by the pool, dishwasher soap, & everything you need for fun on the beach! Beds were very comfortable!!!!!

Great beach views from both downstairs bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. Easy access to beach. Allowed our family to spread out and relax. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Very nice owner was always quick to respond. Only downside is the four flight of stairs coming and going.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Ocean Reef. The 3 bedrooms/2 baths were perfect for our group. The condo was well equipped and centrally located. And the owners were super nice and very quick to respond.

very clean and good location to everything for the fun of the gulf. good and quiet. the only thing i felt this place needed was non slip mats for the bath tub/showers. very slippery when getting in and out. but otherwise all was great!!!

Condo needs work. Bathroom on first level needs major work! Walk-in tub would be nice. Higher toilet and vanity is needed big time. Furniture in living room very very very uncomfortable at least the beds were comfortable.

This was our 1st Vrbo experience, property owner was great to work with and answer questions. This was an easy check in/out process. The condo was everything that we expected couldn't hear any neighbors. Our family really enjoyed our stay and location.

We were in town for a wedding so we did not get to get out much to see the town but we will certainly be coming back!
