We had 13 adults, 1 baby and 2 dogs and the accommodations could not of been better. Finding a house with so many kings size beds and bathrooms was not an easy task. The kitchen was especially well equipped and the grills were a bonus. The beach itself was beautiful and not too crowded. Stephanie, the host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. She was kind enough to get a high chair and port a crib when we inquired if there was one on the property. My 85 and 84 year old parents appreciated the elevator ( as did my sister in law with her abundance of heavy luggage ) Would definitely rent here again!

The elevator was a huge help. The location and access to beach great. House and number of bedrooms perfect. Kitchen is great. Still, Carpet on second floor is OLD and dated. Back porch is carpeted and old and fraying. Proch stairs need a coat of paint. Back porch under house could be great entertaining but old, dirty. Cracked toys, old toys, old beach chairs. Needs some sprucing. Bedrooms nice size. Beds comfortable. Need need bedspreads. Overall, great place. Just needs some sprucing up. Pictures on line do not look as dated as the place is.

We love this property and Stephanie is a wonderful host. She responds immediately to any needs that arise. We could not ask for a better experience!

Highly Recommend! Beautiful location. Loved sitting on the deck every morning enjoying the ocean and dolphins. Has several chairs you could take to beach. Beach was clean and very close to property. The home was clean. Has enough room for everyone. Included anything you would need in the kitchen. Including a grill outside.

It was more than I expected. We had an outstanding stay. We would love to return next year.

The property is very clean and the pictures accurately represent the condition of the home. We had two elderly parents with mobility issues, so the elevator was a blessing. The kitchen utensils are the best we have seen at any rental. My only caveat is that there was a significant amount of heavy equipment (bulldozers, etc..) on the beach related to the dredging of Little Lagoon Inlet and a beach restoration project. I believe these are extremely rare, but I would suggest any potential renter to check with local authorities for any planned activity prior to booking as it did limit our access to the beach for several days. Otherwise, I would totally book the property on my next visit to Gulf Shores.

Wonderful house, responsive manager who even had a new bed delivered the very next day after we contacted her. Elevator was great for elderly parents and moving in and out.

We were looking for a place for a family get together. We have 3 adult children, spouses and grandkids. This was the perfect beach house for us. Plenty of bedrooms so each couple got their own. A room for the 2 to 6 year olds and plenty of space for the pack-n-play for the baby. The only thing that was not perfect was the ability to close off the stairs for the crawler. The stairways were too wide for child gates. Also, the steep stairs from the main level to the beach on the deck were not gated, so time on the deck with all the little ones was limited as the huge opening was a major fall hazard for the small children. It was advertised as a private beach, but since there was no signage on the street side to notify others, we would have vacationers from across the street walking between houses and setting up on the beach in what we thought was our private space. We learned we had to get up and go out early to stake out our territory. LOL

Perfect week in a beautiful house. No problems what so ever

House was clean and very nicely finished. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of space to lounge around. Elevator was a nice bonus. Beach was beautiful, however, we were surprised that the public were allowed to access the beach between the houses where there was no fence.

The house was spacious and WHAT A VIEW. My Mom and I enjoyed the front porch for hours every morning - the breezes, the sound of the waves, and the herons/birds. The elevator was a huge plus for my Mom - who at 79 and after a recent knee surgery - has a tough time with stairs. The younger boys enjoyed all of the additional amenities close by such as OWA, the race car track and the video arcades. We always like to go to the Wharf for a meal at Villagio and maybe a movie. We were surprised that the restaurants this summer were not crowded - very unusual and possibly the timing of June rather than July ???? Yummy seafood at Sunset Grille at the marina. We also enjoy Fishers. In a perfect world, it would be nice to have an actual laundry room rather than just a washer/dryer behind two doors, but the rest of the house made up for it. The beds are getting creaky - we actually took off our mattress to try to realign the slats under our king bed (first floor on the road side) which helped a little bit. The upstairs king bedroom on the road side of the house has a dripping faucet when shower turned on and a broken handle on the balcony door plus broken blinds - minor incidentals in our book. Overall a fantastic stay and would highly recommend. Nice large kitchen that was well stocked - so many types of coffee pots including a Keurig, our fav. We brought our own Sun Ninja tent and two chairs for the beach which worked well. There are plenty of plastic chairs provided. Enjoy!

Property is very well maintained, plenty of linens, well-stocked kitchen, loved the elevator and drink fridge. Plenty of seating for our family of 15 inside and outside. Bedrooms spacious, beds extremely comfortable, high-end appliances and finishes. Freshly painted. We highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Stephanie and Cheril were both wonderful and attentive. The house has everything we need, including a new dishwasher! We were lucky to have good weather the entire week and had a perfect vacation.

Instead of Christmas gifts we wanted to make memories instead. This place was GREAT. We had 3 generations ages from 20 to 78. The elevator was a huge huge lifesaver for the older folks. The Master Suite was so amazing. The elevator allowed us to give that room to the Grandparents. They had an amazing view without leaving the bed! It was nice to be able to have our dogs to since they are family too. Stephanie and Cheril were so helpful and fast to return contact. Looking for a great place this is it!!

There were 12 women in their 30s-40s. The house was perfect! Easily accommodated the group. Very well stocked kitchen. View was beautiful and being right on the beach was exactly what we wanted!

Lovely beach house! And, the owner was very responsive to our needs. Also, we have thoroughly enjoyed the intermittent rain showers, cool breezes & milder temps here on the Gulf (a welcome change after enduring a month & a half of drought and triple-digit temperatures back in TX!) We plan to return to Gulf Shores next summer!

This was a great place to stay for a family of 15. Small issues like the pipe in the sand right in front of our house where we should put our tent. Great neighbors let us move over some. Not a problem. Bathtub needs nonslip pads. Stairs can be dangerous for crawling babies. We would rent again. Loved our week!
