The best part was sitting on the balcony and looking a the view. Check in was easy. Loved the valet parking. Our property manager Byron was very helpful. I just wish the pool was open. Sadly, it was still under construction.

Beautiful views, lots of fun stuff to do. Clean apartment. A few issues: washer and drier suck. Living room furniture is very uncomfortable and arranged strangely. Water pressure in showers is awful and drain in both showers has to be taken out for water to drain

First of all, kudos to the photographer!! The picture is exactly how it looks when you get there but even better! You have a view to your left of diamond head all the way to your right, the “pink hotel” and beyond! Absolutely the best and the sunsets were spectacular! We loved the valet service and everyone working it. They were so nice and helpful to us always. The location was prime! It could not have been any better! You literally walk out of the building and cross the street and you’re on the beach! The condo was clean and had everything you needed. If you’re there for a longer stay, you might need to replenish a few things but that’s not a problem with ABC stores right next door! We loved driving around the island stopping at all the beaches and shaved ice places but we’d have to say that mopeding was one of our top 3 favorite things to do! (The place we rented from is right around the corner!) The instructions to get into the condo were easy and clear. We had a great response time from the management when we had a few questions and we would, without reservation, recommend this condo to our family and friends! Mahalo nui loa!!

We stayed two nights in Honolulu and wanted to be able to see the ocean and be close to Waikiki Beach. This is a wonderful place to stay. We were able to chill on the balcony each night with a view of the ocean/beach and diamondhead all in one! Very nice condo and well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Walked to Dukes and many places to eat in the area.

If you are looking for a memorable stay in the heart of Waikiki, look no further. Stunning unobstructed views from the water to diamond head and beyond. The check in process was simple and the valet service was a nice touch. The unit itself was clean and well maintained and had everything our family if three needed.

We can’t say enough good things about this amazing property. The location couldn’t have been better (across the street from the beat beach in the world and next to all kinds of shopping and restaurants). The staff was friendly and professional, the condo itself had everything we needed including a washer/dryer, beach chairs, etc. But nothing prepared me for that VIEW!! We loved it so much, my husband says it’s the only place we’ll ever stay on Oahu. Thank you!!

Best Ocean Front – October 2023The Captain Cook folks were great to work with. Plenty of communication and simplicity in gaining access to the unit. I highly recommend them for providing great properties to enjoy.This unit has one of the best possible panoramic views of Waikiki Beach. It’s difficult to describe or rate it other than it’s just fantastic. The unit, as so many previous reviews referenced, is in need of being updated. The Waikiki Beach Tower is rated as a 4-star facility, but this particular unit falls short of that, but it could be. It is a clean and functional unit. A few basic startup supplies, kitchen related, would have been useful. Bathrooms had sufficient supplies.In addition to the fantastic views, the master bedroom bed is very comfortable. You have plenty of hot water, the A/C works well without the need of ceiling fans, good wifi, entertainment devices, and there are beach related accessories, that made the beach visits enjoyable. Worry free Valet parking was a plus.Overall, a great visit.

The best thing about this condo is the view of the beach from the living room and main bedroom. The living room and main bedroom both have sliding doors that open onto the balcony, letting in a cool breeze. The condo was super clean and well maintained. The pictures were accurate, in fact the condo looks even better in person.
We walked 2 minutes to Kai Coffee and had coffee on the beach every morning. We loved that we could walk to a huge variety of beachfront parks, retail stores, and restaurants.

The location is unbeatable in Waikiki. We stayed in this building before. This unit is quite dated and would welcome some refurbishment but it was clean and it had everything we needed. It was great that we had some beach chairs and sunbrellas available for us to use. The bed in the main bedroom was super comfortable. The host, Byron was lovely to deal with, great communication. The lights in kids bedroom were not working and he came over promptly to fix the issue. We had a great time.

This condo is located in the Aston Waikiki Beach Tower. Jean from the management company, met us in the lobby of the building to give us the keys and show us the unit.
This condo is on the 36th floor with fantastic views of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach. The breeze on the balcony is refreshing. Easy check-in/check-out.

This apartment was absolutely stunning. The view from the 36th floor is spectacular and just brightens up your mind at anytime of the day. Accuracy to the photos is very good and the communication with the property manager was immediate. I would highly recommend this place for a family of 4 or even two families with 3 people each. Our vacation rental was amazing. The most spectacular view of the sunrise and sunset, Diamond Head and the ocean.. the location was perfect! Down the elevator, straight across to the beach. Walking distance to eating and shops. Free valet parking! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Would definitely stay here again. The room had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a full kitchen and a living and dining room. They provided beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas for the beach..

Perfect for a family of four with teenagers. It was nicer than expected-clean, fully stocked, and the view was amazing! Byron the property manager was super nice and accommodating. The gym was nice, pool and hot tub area were clean and quiet. Valet parking was so awesome. Walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, & beaches. The only bad thing I can say is when the fire alarm went off at 2 am and they told us to evacuate…by stairs…36 floors!! Luckily false alarm. Overall great stay and we would def go back again.

Spring getaway
This property was fabulous! The condo was large with 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, and complementary parking!. The view was spectacular and location was perfect. The beach was across the street and beach towels were available on the way from the condo to the beach. Valet parking was fast and attendants were super friendly. I would definitely stay here again!
