Beautiful property overlooking Lake Como. very responsive host ! Personal check in with Luca with an introduction to the surrounding area. The Villa had everything we needed plus fruit, water, breakfast supplies, laundry detergent etc. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms updated. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the lake. There is 8 to 10 minute walk to the City Center of Bellagio. We hope to return someday and stay again in this lovely villa. We absolutely loved the home and its location! We enjoyed the walk into Bellagio and also to Visgnola! Thank you Luca for making our visit so wonderful. We hated to leave such a beautiful home.

Our family of five loved everything about our stay at Villa dei Fiori. From the greeting upon arrival by Luca (as well as fresh fruit and Prosecco!), to the helpful offer to drive our bags down to the ferry on the day of our departure, we all felt cared for during our stay. Bellagio is a magical, but crowded place. The villa provided us with the perfect balance to enjoy the magic and have a little separation from the crowds. It is located about a ten minute walk from town and looks over a most peaceful area of the water (you won't be watching the ferry boats from here!) It is quiet for Bellagio but close to everything. We liked being able to walk to a true grocery store (15 minutes) and a pizza/sandwich etc. store (5 minutes) without navigating the crowds. You are five minute walk from a small beach area to go swim, there is also a dock in this area that sailing and motor boat tours can leave from and our charter boat was happy to pick us up from this location. The Villa itself was very well appointed and had all that we needed. We had plenty of space for the five of us with two bedrooms with doors, a large upstairs living area that served as a third bedroom, two bathrooms, and a nice kitchen/dining/living room on the bottom floor. We also had access to a laundry machine which was appreciated. This villa is 1/2 of a beautiful home and there are tenants in the other 1/2. It was quiet as anything, ample outdoor space, beautiful place would go back if ever I am so lucky!

This property is beautiful and so convenient! We loved our stay and appreciated small touches like the stocked kitchen, quick response times when we had questions, and letting us drop our bags before the house was ready for check in. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone!

This is a lovely property that is close to everything, and far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Everything we needed and Luca was a wonderful host. Such a relaxing vacation.

Luca was a fabulous host and provided a lot of detailed information and maps of the area and surrounding towns. Apartment was well stocked, very clean, comfortable beds and had beautiful view from back patio. Property was located about a half mile from middle of Bellagio ( easy walk but Not with luggage) . My only watch out is getting to apartment from ferry with luggage as there are lots of stone streets and hills. Recommend securing a car service or taxi prior to arrival. Overall, would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend

Wonderful. Have stayed all over Europe and this must be number 1. Luca was extremely helpful and a marvelous host. The little things they furnish ie laundry soap,water,spices etc makes your stay easy and memorable.

We were met by Luca. A wonderful host. The property is beautiful - inside and outside. I have never rented any property like this.

This villa exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautifully decorated on the inside, spectacular mountain and lake views and outdoor seating areas, lovely gardens, gated parking. All within walking distance of Bellagio. The kitchen was well stocked, including espresso and toast with honey or jam and a fresh fruit bowl upon arrival. Our genial host Luca was there to greet us and show us everything, giving us wonderful tips and showing us where things were on the map. The only thing missing was a reading light by the bed. The beds and linens were five star quality. You can walk down the hill to a lovely fishing village on one side of the villa, or stroll to all the Bellagio shops, restaurants and ferry on the other side. It was a peaceful oasis.

My daughters and I enjoyed 6 nights in this wonderful villa. The views are spectacular from the patio and the balcony. Luca and Mary were kind and accommodating. Extremely clean, comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. We really appreciated the bottled water, fresh fruit and snacks. We would rent this villa again if we found ourselves back in Bellagio. Quick walk to town/shops. Just the perfect location!!

Beautiful view, pleasant and helpful hosts, extraordinary interior decoration and design, extraordinarily kitchen stocked with all manner of spices and condiments, more varied pots and pans than at home. And far enough away from the craziness of Bellagio to be truly restful. In short: the best!

A nice place for families, and away from the crowds!

We spent 4 nights at Mary and Luca’s Villa dei Fiori apartment in May 2022 and enjoyed every bit of it. The apartment is one half of a duplex and is in a quiet and peaceful location but is an easy walk to Bellagio. We appreciated that the upper floor bedrooms were air conditioned as the weather was quite warm during our visit. The hosts had thoughtfully stocked the fully equipped kitchen with wonderful fresh fruit, pods for the Nespresso machine (including decaf for which I was so grateful!), bottled water, snacks, and even a bottle of sparkling wine. The villa is very nicely decorated and the bed we slept in was super comfortable. Mary and Luca were very responsive when we had questions both before and during our stay and gave us great advice to make the most of our visit to the area. We would definitely recommend the villa to anyone planning to visit the area and we hope to stay there again in the future!

One of the most amazing places in a perfect location in Bellagio. The Villa (apartment) [it’s two apartments instead of one whole villa] was spacious, inviting, and the views were breathtaking. The main level has one bedroom, living area and kitchen/dining area that allows you to walk outside on the lake-facing patio with spacious grass yard! The second floor has an enclosed bedroom and a separate sleeping space with a balcony for an even better view of the lake. The upstairs bathroom is HUGE, with a separate large tub and separate shower. Luca was a wonderful host, was very welcoming and friendly. It was our first visit to Lake Como and one of the best parts of our trip through Europe. I will definitely be staying there again on our next visits hopefully.

We enjoyed an absolutely wonderful time at Villa dei Fiori. The house is lovely - comfortable, quiet, and very clean. Luca was a wonderful host, and he and Mary texted me several times before our arrival, offering to help in any way. Luca and Mary thought of all kinds of details, from the amenities in the bathrooms to the well-appointed kitchen, and some snacks, fresh fruit, and bottled water waiting for us at check-in. The location of the Villa is ideal. There is almost no parking in Bellagio, and we noticed a lot of people would park their car in a municipal lot near the Villa - to visit or stay in town. We had a parking space right at the Villa, which was very convenient. The walk to town is beautiful and quick. I highly recommend this Villa to any family, and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful stay in one of the prettiest places in the world. This was not our first trip to Lake Como. In the past I found this neighborhood and we liked that we were not in the middle of all the tourist, yet a easy 15 min walk to the center of action. Luca was so fun and nice and a GREAT host. The property is simply fantastic. Almost like you are living the life in Lake Como. There is no doubt that I will be back to the Lake and when we do come back, Luca and Mary's property will be our #1 choice. Grazie Luca! Alla prossima volta!

This was the last stop on a 4 city Italy family trip. The house was very comfortable and the views of the lake were amazing. Easy walk to town, or take advantage of some nice little restaurants above the town. The owner Luca was very attentive and helpful which made things even easier. Nice little yard was good for family activities.

Excellent view, convenient location, well designed modern interior, exceptionally clean and well stocked, in a relatively quiet location on the bustling Bellagio peninsula. It is a calm oasis. I would be content to sit on the patio and watch the changing light over the opposite foothills all day. Luca and Mary obviously have taken great care of this villa. Better for a family than couples, as there is only one master and then a smaller second bedroom. Third sleeping area is not enclosed or private. Baths are not ensuite, but each is next to a bedroom. Very good restaurant La Pergola a short downhill walk, while bakery with great muffins a short uphill walk, with a fruit market nearby. The Trombetta Express does not stop to pick you up near the villa, although it may be possible to ride from Bellagio center and get off a half block from the villa (not sure). However, it is a short 15 minute walk to beginning of shopping and restaurants. Luca and Mary are charming, helpful, and do their best to make arrival and departure easy. Luca met us at the house for an easy check in.

Luca and Mary were outstanding in communicating with us. Great for up to 6 guest. 2 private rooms and one open room upstairs but plenty of privacy with a great view. We highly reccomend.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at Villa die Fiori. The villa is clean, stylish, comfortable and has incredible views. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and we certainly appreciated the prosecco, fruit and snacks provided by Luca and Mary. Great bathrooms and closets! Bedrooms have air conditioning. It was the perfect retreat away from the crowds in Bellagio. We rented a boat two of the days from different companies but preferred Lake by Boat. There is a "beach" near Lake by Boat where you can swim in the lake. Overall, I would highly recommend Villa die Fiori!

What an amazing place in Bellagio. Great views, great layout, great service, great for families, great location, great everything. We had such a great time in Lake Como. Luca was such a great host and we can't wait to come back to this property some day. Highly recommend!

All three of us enjoyed the beautiful views, the airy rooms, the well-designed closets and bathrooms. Our host was super thoughtful and we really enjoyed our stay here!

We absolutely loved our stay. Luca was so gracious picking us up and dropping us off. The villa had an amazing kitchen stocked with everything you would possibly need. Mary and Luca even had a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us and some lovely treats. The location was perfect. It was a 15 min walk to town away from the hustle and bustle. We rented a boat at the little harbor 5 min away twice. Bellagio is such a beautiful town and so easy to get to other towns by ferry boats. I highly recommend this villa.

While others were paying more to stay in hotels we lived like rockstars in a beautiful home. Lovely property walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in town. Great host. Thanks!

The villa and setting were beautiful. Luca and Mary were helpful in all ways and made our stay delightful. Close to town, yet away from crowds with a fabulous view of the lake from your patio. Would recommend to my friends.

We loved the property, it was perfect for us. 10-15 min walk to town, clean, modern and safe (we have little kids) on the inside and the gardens are beautiful. The view is amazing and Luca was fantastic to deal with. I would go back anytime and recommend it to anyone.

The villa is a short walk from Bellagio but we saw that as a benefit. Close enough to shop and enjoy a nice dinner but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The villa is lovely with warm decorations - the hardwood floors are beautiful! I wish we were back there now!
