The condo was perfect for my family. It was in a great area close to all kinds of things.

Good spot in a gated community. 2 private terraces with mosquito nets, pond just aside. Spacious condo. Private parking just in front. Would take it again anytime!

Everything was amazing...thoroughly enjoyed the property.. hopefully booking again for next year

The condo was well equipped and very clean. Everything we needed was there. There were special touches that made it comfy and homey. The pictures on the website did not do it justice. It was far better than we expected!

Good location. Right outside of Tampa. Lots of food options in the area and about 30mins from the beach. Would not consider small children friendly. One of the patio screens in the front was broken and one of the children fell through it. Make sure if you do have small children you clean extra before leaving and don't leave anything for their house keeper to do like wiping things down or even the laundry. If you have any issues with the place no matter how small make sure to report it ASAP, otherwise you will be accused of breaking it and will get charged for a deposit. Recommend taking pictures/videos of the place before leaving. Lessoned learned on our part.

This place was so awesome! I hated to leave. The layout was fabulous. The amenties were super! The beaches were only 20-30 minutes away. The pools were refreshing; they were heated and we enjoyed that very much. I had to contact Jeri just once while we were there and she responded promptly. Excellent experience and would definitely stay again.

We enjoy the pool and had a great time playing board games she provided. Te rental is close to Walmart and Publix. The unit was very clean and comfy.

Everything was wonderful. Would definitely recommend!

I don’t think any type of review would give anyone an accurate depiction of how great this rental was. The location is prime!! Around all essentials. It’s also close to Clearwater beach. The way there is so scenic that the drive to the beach is so smooth. The place is super clean and has everything you need and more. And the owner; well just great communication and super helpful and friendly. I highly highly recommend this place. 10/10 would do again

Our family loved this property for our Easter vacation! Very clean, and well taken care of. We utilized both pools and loved it! Awesome location as we were able to get in and out of both Tampa and Clearwater Beach with ease!

The condo was the perfect spot for our spring training getaway, lots of room for the 4 of us and close to all 3 of the spring training ballparks in the area, the gated community was great and we fell extremely safe the entire time. I’d love to stay here again in the future and I fully recommend it to all!

Stayed for a week with my 3 young children. Location was perfect for us and the community was safe and clean. The guard at the gate was super kind and we loved how close the pool was to the condo. The condo itself is very comfortable and met all of our needs. Fully stocked kitchen, linens, water, etc. Communication with the owner exceeded all expectations. There were no issues with checking in and directions were all very clear. We hope to stay again on our next visit!

This property was in a great location. It was clean and easy to locate. We went to 2 different beaches, shopping, aquarium, dolphin tours and Bush Gardens while there and all were easy to access from this property. We enjoyed relaxing evenings on the lianas watching birds and alligators in the pond. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great unit want to rent again had minor problem with tv but figured it out should replace out dated key fob had a tough time getting in

Condo was perfect and the property management made it so easy. Price was very economical. We loved the place and plan to come back. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Location was near everything. Parking was convenient. Excellent place to stay!

This condo was perfect for my family's needs for the week. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and extremely well equipped, even with air mattresses. It's out of the hustle and bustle of the Tampa/Clearwater area but close enough for a drive into town for attractions. We did have some trouble finding our way around to get into the community the correct way via Tampa Rd as GPS led us to a barcode swipe entry only but after we figured it out it was easy. We also had an issue with the lockbox and getting in but I was able to contact the owner. While she was working on a solution, my husband managed to get it open but it was a bit difficult. The owner mentioned replacing it. The laundry room is in kind of a funny place but once you find it, it's location makes total sense. I mention it simply because in the guest book others mentioned they didn't find it until the last day of their stay. I promise it's there off to the front of the kitchen through the sliding doors. I think my favorite thing about it was taking my cereal out into the back patio in the mornings and watching the small gators in the lake. We saw three during our stay.

We were so happy with your great condo! Close to our family and close to shopping! We visited Honeymoon Island and Treasure Island during our stay. Have already recommended it to our friends and family!

The condo was well equipped, beach towels, nice pool.. kitchen lots of plates and cups and utensils.. had a bedding issue but nothing washing the sheets and blanket couldn’t fix .. would consider for up coming trips

We came here to celebrate a friends wedding but also for a vacation! This condo was very clean and very well kept up with! Had EVERYTHING and more that we needed for a week stay! I left my box fan at home and they had one in the closet for us to use. They also had a pack and play for the baby and even a stroller! Beach towels and chairs being provided was awesome!!! Both pools on the property were really nice! We hope to make it back again!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo the neighbors were nice. The property was clean and neat didn’t know that we were staying in the country club area and had to go through the main gate when returning. But overall I will give this place a thumbs up for a vacation home not too far from the grocery stores, restaurants and the beach.

We were in town for a family event and this was a perfect location for us. Nice property with lots of area to walk and play. Easy drive to beaches, the flea market, Safety Harbor, and much more. Shopping within walking distance. Highly recommend.
