It was misleading regarding where the villa was located compared to pictures on site. The pool was not even close to the villa. And the villa did not face the ocean view. We were left 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for one week. Therefore, we had to go buy more. There were too many rules to feel comfortable. If you are a smoker, you may want to look elsewhere.

Spent most of the days on the beach. Beautiful weather. Great condo. Thanks to owner for keeping his unit top shape.

The condo was just remodeled! The Owner provided beach chairs and a beach wagon for our use which was an added bonus. The owner was also a very good communicator. It is a quiet community that includes amenities and you never have to leave the grounds if you do not want to.

Loved our stay. Hope to return to the same room soon. Host was very helpful with lock issue and resolved quickly. Only issue was that the amount of toilet paper was barely enough.

Exactly as the listing showed!! Perfect for a couple or small family. Less than a minute walk to the beach and close proximity to many restaurants, shopping, etc. Host has everything you need to stay comfortable for a few days or an extended stay. Kitchen is fully stocked to cook your own meals if you want to save a few dollars on eating out. Bathroom upgrade looks amazing and I’m definitely stealing the shower design for our own bathroom upgrade plan. Lol

The host was so gracious and quick to respond. Location was perfect, exactly how described along with the pictures, loved that we were on the beach. Definitely wish we could have stayed longer but we’ll for sure rent with them again!!

Great property to rent. Clean, up to date cute little condo right off the beach. All that we needed to make our stay on HHI comfortable. Beach chairs and wagon available to take things to the beach. Simple things like decent toilet paper and soap, shampoo and conditioner ready for use in the shower were nice extras. Owner sent all check in info way ahead of time which was nice to have. Check in was easy and even a bit earlier then expected. Owner was very helpful and responded quickly to any question. Would absolutely stay here again. 😊

Overall, I would have to say the condo was good. Minus the second day we were there returning from my sons bootcamp graduation, a long day… we get to the condo and find we cannot get in. Noting that the deadbolt was locked and in the details of our contract it stated that could only happen if someone was inside the unit, which there wasn’t. We contacted maintenance workers, HVAC, housekeeping two ladies at the front desk and the condo owner. No immediate solution was available. Finally, after some time and my friend having to jump over the balcony railing to check the door, a key was magically found that unlocked the deadbolt. All of this was very frustrating and drawn out. I never heard back from the condo owner after that or was given an apology or offered any compensation for our vacation time being interrupted due to no fault of our own. I forgot to mention the pest control people had been in the building that day and apparently THEY had locked our door… no one else’s, just ours… which is odd.

the property was very clean and safe. there is everything you need in the resort. you have wonderful views of nature and the beach. The condo was also clean and the owners were very nice, answered questions promptly, and the condo was just as described. I also liked that the owners recommended local stores and restaurants

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was literally steps from the beach, very clean, and quiet. It was everything that was advertised. The pool area was clean and nice. Great little place close to the beach.

Communication with the owners was excellent. The unit is in a great community, parking was simple, the neighbors were quiet, the beach is steps away. The unit was sparkling clean, fully stocked with cooking equipment and utensils, the balcony is a great size with a view of the ocean and there is a public space right across the parking lot with public grilling spots and picnic tables. Would definitely stay here again—very peaceful and relaxing!

My so and I had the best time. Close to beach. We rented bikes right on the property. Fun restaurant. Great beach walks. Cozy bed. We loved the patio! 5 stars all around!

This is a lovely property! We enjoyed everything about our stay!

The property was clean and had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. The owner was super friendly and easy to contact/help with questions, etc. One note - the walls are very "thin" and you can hear everything above you. Also, if you are using the gym, while it has what you need for a workout, it is very dirty.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. We have small children so the space worked for us. It would be tight with older children. Our favorite thing was the proximity to the beach. It really was just steps away from the condo. There was lots to do on the resort for kids- bike riding, tennis, playground and pool. The condo was clean and the check in process super easy! Some supplies in the condo were in short supply( toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap) but the grocery store is not far away. Would come back again!

Beautiful condo just a few steps from the beach. Tennis courts, pickle ball, bike rental- all right on the property. Highly recommend!!

Comfy condo right off of the beach. Just a minute or so walk and you are on the water. Close to fun family outings like mini golf and always in range of the various shops and restaurants that pepper the island. Would highly recommend checking out Hilton Head and this condo if you enjoy the ocean, good food, and fun times!

This property has it all we needed. And on top of it, smart tv was the life saver for my 2 year kid as it was not hassle to connect the tv. It was al ready connected to wifi and ready to go. Very close access to beach. Would surely be coming back.
