Six members of our family stayed here and tons of space! Host could not have been better with his communication. Great location - walkable to many “places of interest” and cafe and convenience store across the street.

We loved this place! We were a group of 8 women who stayed here. The property was much bigger than we were expecting and very beautiful. There are high ceilings and it feels very roomy. We arrived into Rome earlier than the typical check in time but since they didn't have guests the day before we were allowed an earlier check in. Contact with the host was fantastic from the time I booked the property until check in. Allan met us right when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. He was very helpful. We loved the location of the apartment- it was close to a lot of the main sights but not crowded. The apartment was gorgeous! We loved the windows that opened in the spacious living room that provided a nice view and cool breeze. We also loved the nice large rooms with large closets. The beds were very comfortable and nice large shower. They provided plenty of towels, linens and some shampoo/conditioner. The hair dryer was great! Lots of power! It was nice to have a 3rd toliet for when others were showering in the main bathrooms. It was also very nice that they supplied some coffee and a bottle of wine! Also we loved having a grocery store so close amd found an amazing restaurant just down the street (SUD Vino & Cucina) where the servers were so much fun and the food was fantastic! We all would recommend this lovely place and would stay here again. No complaints at all. Thank you!

I spent a few days in Rome with a group of friends, and we had a fantastic time at this apartment. It had all of the space we needed, good common spaces, and a great location right outside Piazza del Popolo. The high ceilings, elegant decor, and hardwood floors were also stunning. There was also great communication with the property manager, and we had no issues with either check-in or check-out. Would highly recommend staying at this property for a visit to Rome!

Beautiful accommodations in the perfect location! Excellent welcome and communication from host! Rooms were BEAUTIFUL and beds and bathrooms were incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable. Located steps from Metro and beautiful Plaza del Popolo. Rome is at your doorstep when staying here. Discerning family of six adults strongly recommends. Grazie!

It was all perfect. It was so close to everything you needed, including a few min walk from metro, grocery, Piazza de Popolo and much more. Is a noisy area, but I was used to it coming from big city.

Everything was great. The only thing that needed some work was the heating system.

This was our second time staying in this beautiful apartment. It is so convenient to all major attractions and it is so spacious and light. Check-in was easy and Allan explained everything we needed to know. Sadly we only had 3 nights this time but would love to return.

The apartment was absolutely one of the best locations. It is close to everything you need from the subway to the bus to the grocery store. It was large enough to fit our family of eight. I would highly recommend!

My family group of 7 (2 couples, grandma and 2 teenagers) stayed at this gorgeous property for a week recently and cannot recommend it enough. There was plenty of space for everyone and the place is beautiful and very well equipped. It is located walking distance from all the sites and has grocery stores and restaurants nearby as well. We would definitely stay here again. Loved it.

Here are some short bullets: - perfectly situated close to Piazza del Popolo, metro Flaminio, shopping street Via del Corso, supermarkets and cafés / restaurants. - lots of character, beautiful decorations and high ceilings - large rooms and comfortable beds - 2 full bathrooms and extra toilet - large kitchen (but who wants to cook while in Rome?) - friendly check-in and airport transfers if needed - office building, so no upstairs or downstairs neighbours at night Nothing found wanting (except perhaps some nicer wine / champagne glasses).

This apartment is just lovely: multiple areas throughout for gathering; super comfy beds for sleeping; kitchen fully appointed. While we didn’t cook during our stay, the wonderful private chef who was recommended to us prepared an extraordinary dinner, capping off our family celebration. Deeply grateful for this travel experience and all that Fidia did to facilitate our comfort. 5 Stars!

Easy process checking in. Arrived early and was able to leave luggage at apartment while they cleaned. Booked transportation to and from port and airport with Fidia, the manager/owner. She was very accommodating with all of our requests.

Very beautiful apartment, in an classic building of offices (no neighbors after office hours). Classy decor, lots of space, great location. Communication with management was quick, efficient and helpful. Carrefour express is just round the corner. Overall a great stay in beautiful and crowded Rome.

I have been to Rome a couple of times and this apartment is in a beautiful area and a perfect location to walk anywhere and see all the beautiful sites. It is a very comfortable apartment if you have two families of 4 or a big family.

3 adults and 4 teenagers. Everyone had their own bed. The apartment manager met us at the door and explained all the appliances. The rooms were all beautiful and the leather couches were very comfortable. The location is great. Lots of restaurants nearby. The owner sent the most detailed and comprehensive list of information about the apartment, restaurants, tours, etc. She even arranged a private driver from both our cruise port and then to the airport on the way out. If I could give her 10 stars I would. The air conditioning was perfect after 100 degree temperatures. There is an elevator for the luggage, but we use the stairs to walk up and down most of the time. I highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is lovely and spacious with beautiful details and high ceilings. Very quiet given its central location and it was great to have AC for the hot Rome nights. There is a short set of stairs and then a small elevator up to the 3rd floor apartment. The property manager was very nice and helpful.

Fidia was very communicative prior to our trip. The check in process was very easy. The location was great near Piazza del Popolo, with shops and restaurants all within walking distance. There were 7 of us and the apartment was great for our needs. I definitely recommend using Fidia's recommendation of Crazy4Rome for any of your tour needs - they were great! She also arranged car services for us that were on time and reliable.

Enormous apartment with beautiful views and great light. Large living and dining areas and well equipped kitchen. 3 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom, 2.5 baths. Easy work to Borghese Gardens and most major tourist attractions.

We spent a wonderful week in Rome in the Flaminio apartment. That apartment is spacious and gave us plenty of room as a group of 8 family members. The location is just steps away from the Flaminio Metro stop, the Pincio, Villa Borghese, and the Piazza del Popolo. Our property management contact was extremely responsive and met us upon arrival to do a full walkthrough. He was also super helpful arranging a transfer to the airport upon departure. The apartment itself had a few quirks, but nothing that would prevent me from staying there again and nothing that rose to the level of flagging for the property manager. As is standard in Europe, there is a clothes washer but no dryer so make sure you plan for air drying. There are two very helpful drying racks included in the apartment. Overall, we loved our stay and look forward to coming back soon.

If you are looking for a convenient location in Rome this is the place! So easy to access all tourist destinations. Easy to grab a taxi from Piazza. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Allan and Fidia were very accommodating. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is very spacious, with four bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The proximity to Piazza del Popolo was perfect for us to be able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Rome. This apartment would be perfect for a large group. There is a washing machine, and drying racks. There is an elevator in the building. The beds are all extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, and when we had a minor issue with the plumbing, someone was sent almost immediately to fix it. I highly recommend this apartment.

We had a wonderful time- neighborhood was perfect and easy to walk to all the major sites. Good grocery store, restaurants and gelato shop very close by. Found the nearby Piazza del Popolo fascinating. Management team was super helpful with helping us book transfers from the airport and beyond. One of their drivers even helped us reclaim a lost piece of luggage at the airport that we needed to move onto the next portion of our trip. We’d definitely stay here again!

We came and stayed for my best friend's 50th birthday. Rome was our first stop of four. Apartment is exactly as advertised. It's in the perfect spot to be able to get anywhere. There's the best stop there's the subway there's a taxi stand. Everything you might need is a very short walk away. We absolutely loved it. Cannot recommend it enough.
