location. it took a bus and some walking from the bus station. but the stops were really hard to find. and the neighborhood was a little sketchy.

Far from city centre - not so easy to get aparts by public transport

The apartments were clean. The area is nice, lots of greenery.

No washing machine, no clothes dryer, no towel warmer in the bathroom. Towels do not dry overnight, towels are not changed when cleaning. Living more than two days in such conditions is uncomfortable. When I asked for disposable slippers, Emanuela said that this was a different class of service. Apparently, all the money saved on slippers is spent on buying the cheapest cheese and ham for breakfast. The metro looks close on the map, but you need to go to it along the highway, or wait for the bus. Even though the landlord lives in the same apartment, we were denied check-in at midnight and we waited at the airport for six hours. The day was fully paid for, so that we did not check in at 12.00, according to the conditions, but at 08.00. It is difficult to call these conditions friendly for residents.

hot water for shower was only available after asking and there is no storage place for bags.

Hospitality and smile during check in. Clean room and bathroom. Heating in room works :) (december). No problem with phone signal range. Wi-Fi, most likely a fiber - great quality! Kitchen is well equipped. Sufficient Italian breakfast. Good location, close to the shops and restaurants. Did not have problem with finding parking place (late check in). Nice park nearby - doggies happy :)

It is an apartment with 3 apartments inside, it has kitchen and small hall leading to the rooms. I heard other guest using kitchen at night ( although he was nice and understanding when I asked him to respect other guests:)) Soundproof windows but rooms door are not. Keep it on mind if you have an insomnia. Unfortunately I do :( Still the room is worth its price, do not hesitate to book it :)
