Beautiful resort, lovely place to relax and very serene
The bathroom needs refurbishing. Water everywhere after shower. Perhaps put a shower screen

Mayfair Lake resort is a sprawling property right beside an expansive lake, and conveniently located near Swami Vivekananda Airport, Raipur. The rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished with a delightful touch of luxury. The staff are competent and courteous. The food is great, and the breakfast buffet was also elaborate.
The indoor kid's play area should be better maintained. My children liked them, but the room was dusty and stinky.

The location is amazing and the vastness of property is great.
However, due to limited seats in two of the restaurants, need to pre-book your table to avoid waiting in the lounge.
The rates of water sports and rides are very high, can be made inclusive of the stay to gain customer satisfaction.

I like the location , with neat and clean rooms , Enjoying green enviorment. Loved the place with my family . Food was excellemt with excellent hospitality. Mr. Satyajit was kind and caring during meal hours. Thanks to mayfair family for wonderful stay
Room services at club were slow and had to call few times to get things done , which does not go with image of mayfair, kindly take that into consideration!!

The staff behaviour was on top. Even chef of the restaurant was very polite.
My room was way too far from the restaurant & play rooms .

The location, the restaurants and the service.
The cleanliness and rooms. The rooms were not upto the standards as they should be. And on top of that there were bugs on the bed, curtains. It was awful.

The lakeside location, lots of greenery in the resort were relaxing.
Rooms are spacious, clean n well appointed.

Boating charges are very high.

The baths need lots of improvement. The shower area didn't have a place to keep shampoos and soaps. No towel rack, etc.
