The homestay general area, toilet and room is very comfortable and clean.

Stunning view of Mount Kinabalu over a pretty little garden. Nice friendly owner. Sweet pets (dog, rabbit & parrot). Sparse room but clean and good value.

I’d advise against staying in room 5 by the bathroom (thin walls meant I heard a horrifying orchestra of bodily functions throughout the night and morning!)

Please describe your room properly dont make your customer confused...if two room must have two room dont mention two bed as two room...we dont mind to pay...but please be honest

There is no sleeping/small light for sleeping...and ask the owner,not really helpful ...she ask to shut the light off and let us to sleep in the dark ..give me a break..what to do just on the bright room light all along the night

Excellent stay. A very warm house. Luckily that time the guest is not that much and we get to have the toilet all by ourselves. Water heater is working fine and they also provide some small black plastic bag as sanitary bag. Good job for this. Air cond was woking fine. Overall it was a good and comfy stay. Great job

Location is not far from town. Only 12-15 mins leisure walk, can reach town center. Opposite the house, there's a mini night market and mini morning market, if you don't want to get to the town to get your breakfast or dinner. Host is good and house is clean. Common water dispenser upstairs. From Room 1, can see both Mt Kinabalu and Bongol Hill. Room 1 is family room.

Cable TV not working. There's a fridge on first floor. But not working. It would be great if the fridge is working.

The location is near the main town, Kota belud. Easy to find food. Can view the Gunung Kinabalu from the room. Cozy and homey feel.

Family studio: A comfy air conditioned room. A king size bed & a queen bed. Two big bottles of mineral water are provided. A very strong wifi. I have a refrigerator & tv in the room. I have another door faces the garden outside which I can use to enter & exit the house without the need to walk in the house living room, so I don’t have to bump with other guests inside of the house.

The tv isn’t functioning well, no signal. No washing machine provided. I wish I have my own kitchen inside the family studio, will be much more easier since no need to share with other guests.
