Fantastic location! Very comfortable apartment with deck overlooking the Giralda Tower. Kitchen well equipped. Restaurants galore right out the door. Walking distance to all the sites. The team provided restaurant recommendations that were fantastic. Having a washing AND dryer was great. Loved it.

The location was perfect! It was close to everything, food and great things to see. The place was very clean and comfortable. After being in very nice but old places, it was nice to be in a modern upgraded place. After staying in places with many stairs, an elevator was a welcome amenity. I would highly recommend this place.

The apartment was modern, very attractive, patio doors in both living room and primary bedroom out to spacious patio that’s fairly private and has bonus of outdoor shower. Second smaller patio off of kitchen. Immaculately clean. Very close to street with wall to wall tapas bars and cafes steps from cathedral and cathedral plaza. It was quiet and peaceful inside apartment which is on small side street

Listing was 100% accurate. Flat was ideally located in Santa Cruz with easy access everywhere you’d want to go.

The apartment was amazing! The views from the private rooftop deck became a regular part of the day as we unwound from a day of sightseeing. The apartment was immaculately clean, well appointed, comfortable, and we couldn't imagine a better location, yet, despite being the heart of the action, there was very little street noise to contend with. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful location. Walking distance to so many places and neighborhoods. Clean property and Marta is very helpful.

This property and location were simply amazing. It was just steps away from Calle Mateos Gago (which has a variety of restaurants and bars) and a 3-minute(!) walk to La Giralda and Catedral de Sevilla. Another minute, and you're at Puerta del Leon, the entrance to the Royal Alcazar! We also walked to Las Setas and Plaza de Espana, both 15 minutes or less. The property itself is modern and well-kept. We had everything we needed, including an in-unit washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable, and the unit was very quiet when we visited in mid-December. The central heating worked well, but we only needed it on a few nights. This is a top-floor unit (with no one above you), and the patio has a nice view of La Giralda. Unfortunately, it was raining so we were not able to use it as much as we would've liked! We were met at check-in by a nice young man who gave us a tour of the unit, along with tips on where to eat and how to log in to the wifi, etc. We completely enjoyed our stay! My little one kept asking whether this was our new home now and was sad to leave...

The property was so well located, we could walk around sight seeing and then come back for lunch or a rest. Neighborhood is beautiful. Also the property itself was so modern and clean. Loved it!!!

Perfect apartment for our visit. Close to the best restaurants and sites in Sevilla. We walked everywhere. Everything was as advertised. Bed and living space were very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and nice. We only stayed a couple of days but wished we could have syed in Sevila all week. Thank you,

This was our second stay at the property having stayed in spring 2019. Nothing had changed in the apartment, it’s was still simple, clean, bright and modern and totally quiet. The super airy quiet air conditioning allowed for a great nights sleep on very comfy beds. The location is steps away from the restaurants and 100 yards from the cathedral yet the minute you step inside it is calm and quiet. The only change seems to be the addition of a couple of restaurant kitchen vents which meant the super sunny terrace wasn’t so pleasant to be outside in as there were more kitchen smells than I recall from last times visit. 😢. From the start, this Vrbo was top notch. Marta met us at the property and gave us the full concierge welcome. She was also available throughout the stay via Text. Everything was exactly as expected and better. If you want to be somewhere lively and safe, this is the spot. The apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed. The outdoor patio was a warm and quiet oasis complete with a retractable awning when the sun was out. I can’t say enough about this property - we were very comfortable and happy.

Great place with prime location right next to all the sites and walking distance to restaurants. Great communication. Host was very responsive and provided recommendations and help at every turn. Outdoor patio was a really nice add for morning coffee or a late night glass of wine. We would definitely return

We arrived late due to our flight cancellation, but it was no problem as we were able to communicate with the person who was to greet us. It was a great apartment in a great location. Just as expected. Thank you Karina for all of the information at checkin. The AC worked fantastic which was appreciated as it was hot in Sevilla. I would recommend this apartment. A very nice balcony to enjoy in the morning or late evening when the temperatures were a bit cooler. I would stay here again.

Very good location in the middle of a bustling city but quiet. Wonderful terrace. One bathroom is very small. Otherwise very nice apartment.
