Schönes zentral gelegenes Hotel. Coole Aufmachung, nicht nur für junge Leute.

Der Fahrstuhl war defekt und war dadurch unfassbar laut. Er wurde zwar am nächsten Tag repräsentiert, in der Nacht hat uns das aber leider nicht geholfen. Die eigentlich geschlossene rooftop-bar war für eine private Veranstaltung vermietet und so fuhr der Fahrstuhl die Nacht über quasi durchgehend. Entsprechend unschön war die Nacht. Die Beschwerde am folgenden Tag wurde zwar „angenommen“ aber in keinster Weise mit einer Entschuldigung abgemildert. Bei einem Hotel mit dem Preis würde ich das allerdings erwarten.

Overall comfortable bed and pillows, great shower and access to tea /coffee and a minibar. Location is good as it’s easy to walk to main attractions and easy to catch an Uber just outside if you need to

The area is nothing fancy / super pretty as others in Seville, but in saying so it’s a central location, feels safe and there’s lots of food options nearby

staff were great! the accessibility to walk everywhere was key. was a very quiet area so great for sleep.

we didn’t have shower gel in the shower our entire stay. good for a couple but the bathroom setup would be to exposing for friends staying together or family

the staff were particularly good. one girl especially… helpful, kind, funny - particularly when helping us with our broken blinds. the restaurant food was excellent… and rooftop bar a lovely surprise. great location too.

We arrived before check in, which had been agreed & was handled beautifully by the staff. We left our luggage & were told it would be taken to our room when check in was available. I had booked a Superior Double Room but we were given a Standard Double Room, and I was told no other rooms were available. It was a small room (which is why I had booked a Superior Double), on the first floor overlooking the street, and was quite noisy at night. Our safe was broken and we had to carry all our vaulables around with us when we went out; and the air conditioning was stuck on 25 degrees (in an small room!). I have been offered a refund of the difference between the room prices, but I was a little bit disappointed.
