The photographs on the site do not reflect the room. The bedding was dirty, and the apartment was not what we booking.

Great location near a very nice family restaurant, low price.

The apartment was actually a room in a bigger apartment with a small private bathroom, tiny and quite dusty. No elevator.

There was a noisy neighbour but we can't do anything about that

The location is good.

The room lacks some necessary equipments to make it comfortable. There isn't even a desk/table. The bedroom is very small and there is hardly space to put my feet between the bed and the wall. The sheet and the blanket don't seem very clean. Can you believe there is someone working from 7 a.m. on Saturday morning outside your window?

The place itself, once inside, is quite nice. It is clean, has an air-conditioner. It is clearly well-kept. You also have a laundry machine just outside the apartment. No complaints there.

So apparently in the e-mail I got the wrong address and was sent to Trg Josipa Juraj Strossmayera 10, which is wrong! That's a Booking issue. However, I also got a fine for parking where the apartment owner advised me to park. He promised to help me dispute the ticket, but I haven't gotten anything from him. So that's a little disappointing.

The fact that it is located nearby the city center.

It is not enough space for 2 adults and one child. It is way to small. The so called living room is in fact an entrance hall. In the "living room" it was noisy all night from the refrigerator. Inside the apartment is stale air.

The location is incredible, very well located, with a grocery nearby and a great restaurant literally next door, the staff was super friendly, very grateful for getting to know the incredible Zagreb

We didn't have breakfast included in the purchase plan, but the location was close to the city center and it was very easy to move about. I particularly enjoyed how clean it was, it was truly sparkling and with great amenities. In fact, it is perfectly packed for two people and a child, you have absolutely anything you could possibly need to get by for the entire stay. For us, it was a transitory stay on our way to the coast, but when we will return to Zagreb, we plan to reach out to the host and stay in the same place.

I have nothing negative to comment about the appartment.

1. Location is great. There are tram stations, Spar, DM, cafes, bakeries nearby. And it takes roughly 10 mins to go to the main square on foot. 2. Host is flexible and easy-going. I overslept and woke up at 12, which exceeded the check-out time 11am. The host didn't ask me the pay extra fee. Yet, this is an exception because it is the off season now in Croatia and the cleaner came later than usual. 3. The facilities in the apartment are sufficient. Although everything is placed in a room, let along the kitchen is next to the bed, you will have everything you need in a trip.

1. The lift in the building is slow. For going down, I would prefer taking the stairs.
