Perfect LBK location. The property is very well maintained and the front desk staff is super helpful and friendly. Sit back, relax and enjoy this gem of a property.

Room was wonderful. My kids and I had a terrific time! Office staff was as nice as could be. Pool could have been cleaned (skimmed for bugs) a little more throughout the day, but otherwise everything was great!

This was a wonderful and comfortable place to be for a week. Property and amenities were as described. Guests / owner in other units were pleasant. Staff was helpful; check in and check out were extremely simple. We enjoyed the ability to prepare breakfast and lunches at the property and get on the beach early and easily each day. Excellent experience.

We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We came to the condo after spending a few days at Disney World. So, we were ready for some rest and relaxation, and that is exactly what we got. The condo was clean and stocked with everything that we needed for our time there. The view and location are incredible. Also, the property office was great to work with and the owner of the condo provided prompt and clear communication. We are wanting to make this a recurring vacation spot for our family and look forward to our next stay.

Loved the patio and view of the beach

Our only problem with the unit is that the second bedroom was very small. The bed is so close to the closet it is very difficult to access and the second bathroom is not connected to the bedroom. These issues were manageable, just would have like to know in advance. We would definitely stay there again. The resort itself is very nice. We drove a short distance to Coquina Beach and grab the trolley to spend the afternoon in Anna Maria. For us Long Boat Key was a good choice, much less built up.

We stayed for a conference that was being held next door. It was a super convenient location (close to groceries, restaurants). The property is better than pictures… wow what a view! Very clean, everything (and more!) they had available for use in the kitchen. We borrowed umbrellas for the beach from the office which were awesome!
Can’t wait to come back with my family! Longboat Key is a hidden gem of an island!

We really enjoyed our visit to Longboat Key! This property had everything we needed plus beautiful views of the ocean. Great location, the property was quiet, and the beach was not crowded at all during our stay. We appreciated the beach umbrella this unit provided, as well as the cooler and floats. My family loved floating around in the ocean!

Pleasant stay
Property was clean, beach was wonderful. Dinner at Maison blanche was unbelievable so we highly recommend that while staying here. Very enjoyable time for the group of 4 we had.

Amazing views
The condo was perfect for our family beach trip. Very roomy, great amenities, and the amazing views. We loved sitting on the balcony or in the sitting room looking at the beach and ocean. And the kitchen was really well stocked with everything we needed. Already looking to stay there again next year.

Easy and Awesome
The place was great and easy for a family. The people at the front desk were exceptional and so nice. We loved bouncing back and forth between the pool and the beach. It was a great spot for little kids. We can't wait to to go back next year!

Spring break in Longboat Key
Our family enjoyed a few days at this lovely condo! The view is wonderful from the patio. We loved being steps away from the beach. The beach loungers included by the resort we’re a nice amenity, as well as the umbrella in the unit. Condo was clean and the office staff were so friendly and helpful. We went to Armand’s circle (I think it’s called) two nights, fun shopping and dining. We’d never stayed in Longboat and I’d go back. It’s quieter than many beach areas. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Paradise
We had such a wonderful 6 week stay. Our unit was exactly as pictured and quite clean. Kitchen was well stocked. The views of the gulf were magnificent from inside our unit and on the patio. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. We used the beach and the pool daily. Pool was clean and beach was never too crowded. Really can’t say enough good things about this little bit of paradise.

Beautiful condo with perfect views!
This condo was perfect for our family of 4! The kids ran in and loved everything about it. We did the puzzles right away and they liked looking at the stars at night with the telescope provided. The views were amazing. The pool could use a little more cleaning but I’m thinking it’s because more people were in the pool than normal with Red Tide and all.
Great location a lot of great places to eat and so many beaches to choose from!

We were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens). The two twin beds were perfect for the teens and king size bed was great for the adults. Condo was very clean and updated. All the amenities you could need. The views of the gulf from the condo were spectacular, the pictures don’t do it justice. Overall, perfect place for our family!!!

Beach staycation!
Beach staycation! A week at the beach after all of the Covid craziness was desperately needed. Sand Key resort exceeded all of our expectations and the unit we stayed in was beautiful.

We enjoyed the pool daily as well. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels (beach and bath). It was close to Publix and only a 10-20 min drive to tons of activities and restaurants. When our trip was cancelled due to Covid, Phil was very accommodating and responsive when we needed to choose new dates a year later. We’d visit this area and rent this unit again!
