My husband and I hadn’t been to PEI in many years and we just loved our stay. From the location, in short walking distance to the beach, to the lovely amenities and peaceful setting and great hosts, we just could not have asked for more! Thank you!!

Nice cottage in a great location. Perfect for those who want to explore the beaches of The Park and the Island. Our hosts were very friendly and quick to respond to questions. They had several great suggestions for local restaurants and entertainment as well.

The property was just as described. Cottage was very clean and comfortable. Everything was there for us. Beach a short walk away. Quiet and relaxing time was had. Hosts were exceptional and very accomodating. Would definitely stay there again.

If you are looking for cosy, clean and quiet this is the place to be. Both Ellen and Rob have made our stay a very pleasant and wonderful experience with their kindness and friendly demeanor. Thank you Ellen for sharing your favorite spots and for the delicious tomatoes. !

The cottage is really nice and located in a quiet place. We appreciated having 2 bedrooms, instead of the more common pullout solution. Also a small refrigerator/freezer instead of the typical mini fridge/freezer. One thing that maybe not be clear from the description is that the apartment is on the second floor of the property (above the garage), so you do have to climb, on the flip side the view is nice, the deck is high, and nothing is going to come up and bother you (except mosquitoes maybe). The Stanhope area is quiet, but very well located on the island. The beach is nearby, and you can either drive (pay for daily pass to access this Park Canada area), or an easy 10 minutes hike through a small path. Whether you chose to pay or walk, it's totally worth it. The stars of this place are Ellen and Rob. They are really helpful, gave plenty of recommendations, even in real-time when we texted to say we were going to be behind schedule coming in and that we were looking for a place to eat in Charlottetown... We were not disappointed. Both the cottage in our hosts made for a very pleasant stay in PEI.

We enjoyed our stay at Ellen and Robs place! It was cozy and clean and met our needs as a couple with one small child. Ellen was very responsive and helpful!!
