The house and location was gorgeous, however, we found that we couldn’t go outside at night and use the decks. They were COVERED in giant spiders of all kinds that literally had webs all over the doors/windows, making it impossible to go out of them at night. I understand the house is on a lake but our lake house in Michigan is not like this when we spray for spiders often making for a much more enjoyable experience. It was quite a bummer since we spent SO much money on the property and not being able to use so much of it. I would highly suggest wiping down the decks in between guests stay and include that in part of the cleaning fee. Everything was covered in webs it gave quite an eerie feeling to the home. There were also several webs in the corners of all the rooms in the house. I really wish those would have been wiped away prior to our arrival.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely lake home! The house was clean and the space was excellent for our group. The walk down to the lake is quite steep so you have to be careful! The communication with the owner was clear and easy! Thank you for such a memorable weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this magnificent home! The decor was perfect and the scenery was beautiful. The beds were comfortable too. We really enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs overlooking the water. They had everything we needed! Would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful, easy stay here over 5 days during Thanksgiving. The house is portrayed well online. The scenic setting on the lake was enhanced by fall foliage and sunsets. We appreciated that there were plenty of household amenities in stock for a stay of a few days. Enjoyed the sauna too!

Stunning, well appointed home in a wonderful neighborhood on a gorgeous lake. Clean, comfortable, everything you need including a fabulous Sauna and ping pong table. Perfect time there didnt want to leave.

I rented this house because I was looking for a quiet and beautiful location to meet up with my friend group from around the country — to say that it was as advertised is an understatement! The house was far beyond any expectation! So many times over the weekend one of us would exclaim how perfect the house was. So beautiful, updated, easy to get to the airport, near to grocery stores, remote enough to relax. Dotty was an excellent host and great at communicating. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

The house was perfect fit for 9 of us. The home even had a dock for a pontoon rental that we used. The 4 bedrooms (2 on first floor, 2 on the basement level) were roomy and beds were decent. Blackout drapes were great! The A/C worked OK, basement level became very cold when we were trying to cool first floor but not huge issue. Two full bathrooms were nice, sauna was amazing! At times the water pressure was weak when using both at same time but we figured out timing. We highly recommend staying here!

This house is in a nice neighborhood on a quiet street. The house is clean, the beds/pillows are super comfy, and the lake view is gorgeous. We sat in the rocking chairs, enjoying a cocktail every single night while watching the sunset, debating about how we should buy a boat. Falling asleep to a symphony of locusts and bullfrogs was pretty lovely too. I noticed a few previous reviews of this property mentioned that the walk down to the lake was steep. It's steep, but it isn't THAT steep. It's gradual, and if you're in reasonably decent shape, you should be able to handle it. Also, I don't have small children, but I wouldn't feel comfortable with a small child on the deck due to the reasonably open railing. But as I said, no small children here, only teenagers, so we thoroughly enjoyed every moment at this beautiful house and its spectacular lakefront view.

We secured this property for a family vacation with our two adult children, their spouses, and four grand boys. Worked out perfectly although it is a bit of a trek to the water. The ping pong table was a constant source of entertainment. I definitely recommend this lovely home.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our plan was to relax, with not many plans, and this beautiful home allowed us to do just that. Comfortable, spacious... awesome master en suite. Gorgeous sunsets, everything we were looking for. We would definitely love to come back.

Everything was very nice about our stay, space, cleanliness, view of lake, etc. However for the price we paid for 4 nights I felt there should have been more towels. A small thing but only 1 bath, hand, face cloth for each adult was not enough. Yes there is a W/D but we don't go somewhere for 4 nights expecting to do the wash. Also I felt the walkway down to the water was of concern for anyone not familiar with the site. We started down, it was damp so it was slippery, and only made it halfway before heading back up. Need to fix the steps leading from the driveway down to front door too. Otherwise I would recommend for others to enjoy that part of Tennessee.

We had a great stay. Home has been beautifully remodeled. Views were amazing from almost every room in the house. Great view of sunset from deck.

From start to finish, the booking process was easy with the property manager. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and was very organized. The property is great, very spacious with amazing views. Enjoyed my trip very much and would go back again.

The property was well maintained. The path to the dock should be cleaned before leasing. The steps to the dock are very old and are slanted due to the settlement. Very dangerous for elderly people. Should be repaired. Handrails also need attention.
