dirty when we arrived, apple juice carton under the bed and bottles left we had to take to the bins. they kept some of the bond and said a quilt had gone missing, when we were told to take our own bedding which we did,

It was quiet ,, we had a lovely time at the beach!

The dirt , we had an it intruder that opened the gate and stood the porch when we opened the door he jumped over the side and I couldn’t catch him!

Hi, myself and partner have returned from a week at the above caravan. When we arrived it was in such a poor state we contacted Andy and McNevins caravan. He advised someone would come over to clean this. Pictures were sent and only when I sent further pictures on the Wednesday he sent a cleaver over. The cleaner agreed the caravan had a bad smell and he cleaned bathroom and cooker which was very dirty. We noticed the shell returning and carpet wet outside bathroom, emailed again no response. Emailed again and asked for compensation as we could only use caravan to sleep in as it was in such a poor condition. We received an email saying no refund then a phone call from a woman called Sheila who advised she was the cleaners wife. She continued to shout down the phone saying “ why didn’t you leave if it’s that bad” she did agree that her husband did say the caravan had a damp smell. We use booking. Com for many holidays and this is the first time we have been soo disappointed in the accommodation. We did try to speak to McNevin company directly but didn’t get anywhere. I would hate for any other family to have their holiday ruined due to the poor condition of this caravan. I have only managed to add a few photos but the freezer couldn’t shut properly because it needed defrosted, mould on curtains, bathroom taps all green fungus in them, thus us just a few of the issues

Unclean, cluttered, dampness, unfit for purpose

Absolutely loved our stay, such a fantastic location. The bed was so comfy best sleep in ages!!!!..... Games for the kids.Defo be back again Thanks for having us

Decent size caravan for a family of 4 on a mini break. The caravan had all the essentials you would want like tea, coffee and sugar which is always handy after travelling. Also the area outside was nice to have too.

We asked for a highchair and travel cot during our stay, the highchair was really dirty I had to scrub it clean before use and the travel cot was disgusting and smelt fusty and old. My child did not use it.

The van was in a nice location

The van was disgusting mild on the curtains and walls beds had stains. The cooker was so greasy we didn't use it. It didn't look like it had been vacuumed in a long time so upsetting as we was only staying a few nights

Caravan what great for a weekend with the kids bit cold but it was the time of year but as soon as the gas fire was on it was cosy

No where for travel cot having to have my 6month old baby in bed with me couldn’t leave the baby in the kitchen in travel cot on own as thats the only place it would fit and also smelt of stale wee so could do with a clean other than that everything was perfect
