Property was clean and functional

Cabin 103 was stuck behind a house at the back of the park completely away from anything, there was no outside light on the cabin so returning at night was done in complete darkness. The showers were not very powerful at all and we were told there would be Wi-Fi access and yet the entire 5 days we were there there was no Wi-Fi at all.

lovely caravan. close to the beach and fantasy island. caravan was located in a quite area with plenty of grass space. thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

There was a deck but no furniture such as a table and chairs so could not sit out on it , also there were no waste bins in either bathroom

No reception at all, no swimming pool(it shows photos online) 1 chip shop on site ..doesnt open sundays, but nice little spot,arcades tiny and not open the majority of our stay,small bar area .. if you want peace and quiet this is the place to be

For what we were looking for and expecting, all of our requirements were met.

The caravan its self was amazing I loved the fact we had 2 bathrooms the beds were comfy and the living room is very comfy

I didn't like the fact my booking was for 2 adults and 4 children but yet only 3 beds were made The fact my check in time was for 4pm but I couldn't access my caravan till 5pm due to the people before trashing the place no fault of my own and no one told us this I had twins that needed feeding around 4pm so 4pm check in would of been nice

We enjoyed are weekend away that much, I'm looking at coming back at the end of the summer, hopefully in the same caravan. It was beautiful. So clean easy to find and the staff on reception are excellent

Brilliant location just a minute or 2 walk to the beach Very clean 2 bathrooms (we were surprised!) TV easily connected to hotspot and Netflix was up and running. Fan came in handy with the heatwave we had.

We were booked into caravan 103 for 4 nights, which is located at the back of Ingoldmells Holiday Park. Upon arrival, key collection was super easy and smooth. Finding the caravan was also pretty easy - we followed the instructions and the map provided to us via text message. Once we got to the caravan, we found that it was incredibly clean, away from all other caravans with it being stood alone but we didn’t mind this because we found it nice and quiet and easy to relax. Staff were excellent, even provided us with a fan which was all set up ready to use due to there being a pregnant holiday maker who is 7 months along. The beds were super comfy, caravan had plenty of ventilation around it so it wasn't stuffy at all. There were two of us for this holiday and it was fantastic. There is a grocery shop located on Kingfisher Caravan Park which really came in handy too. We were totally blown away before we had even stepped foot inside the caravan we were staying in, it was just perfect. There is even a table/bench directly outside of the caravan for you to sit outside in the sun and relax.

The only thing we have to really say is that our specific caravan was right at the back, just by kingfisher caravan park so the walk around to the road with all of the fun stuff (arcades, cafes, shops, market, fantasy island etc was a little way around and up) HOWEVER, this is just based on the fact that one of us are heavily pregnant. It wouldn't be a problem for anyone who is able to walk and doesn't have limited mobility or someone who drives. It would've also been brilliant if there was a parasol for the table/bench outside for shade 😎 Other than those two super minor things, we can't fault our stay at all.
