i’m t was close by to the places we wanted to go and was close to a morrisons

Hi thank you for our stay however i have a few complaints regarding this weekend; the first thing would be the fact that it took you until 4:30pm to tell us the address and caravan number which we had already drove 2 hours in that time and phoned and texted you around 15 times before getting the reply which is highly rude. The second thing would be the fact you said to refer to the map which you never emailed me so had to go and ask people as you’re caravan isn’t on the map. thirdly once we walked into the caravan there was a instant hit of a horrible smell in the caravan (like a wet dog smell) which made us all feel ill, once looking around the caravan we found that the smell was coming from a mouldy mop bucket that doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in a long time. (photo attached) There is also mould growing on the curtains near the door as well as on the back of the sofa, there was also only half a toilet roll which wasn’t helpful as you didn’t say that we needed to bring any. Unsanitary kitchen utensils ie, glasses, pans, knives and forks which were unusable and caused hassle when we wanted to make food and drinks etc meaning we had to spend money on eating and drinking out when we had brought food originally. (photos attached). When using the shower, for around 10 seconds hot water was provided and then it continued to dispense ice cold water meaning we couldn’t wash properly. Other than that, it was an okay stay however it definitely lacked in hygiene to the point the sides haven’t been wiped over. Sorry for the complaints but i had to address them so you could correct them in order for your next guests, thank you again!

The caravan itself was very old and worn, but it slept everyone. The owners were informative. The location was good, and the site itself was very nice. Also the shower is super!

The mattresses are very old and very uncomfortable. The bedding provided was stained and the matress protector on the double bed was very soiled. We didnt sleep well due to the matresses. The cooker was very unclean so we didnt eat in there. The veranda, is very old and has rusted through in places. Didnt feel safe enough to sit on. Also the electric radiators.dont work, so was very cold

Really good value for money, we all enjoyed our stay big caravan plenty to do, near beach woodys restaurant just down road food was amazing would definitely come back next year thanks
