The staff are friendly and accommodating. The water pressure is excellent.

The hot shower is difficult to control. The faucet on the lavatory is tight.

Its home away from home. Its safe they have vault where you can keep important stuff and hot shower.

The homie feeling and its quiet, Also, I found a new Friend her name is Grace the owner of the property. Shes very nice and accomodating. I am coming back.

Comfortable and cozy room, with a homelike environment and atmosphere. I especially liked the terrace, the table. Everything is there for comfortable living, even a small kitchen on the terrace. Air conditioning plus a fan. The room is very spacious, hot water. The location was good, 50 meters from the beach, although there was a lot of algae in the sea in that place, but it is no longer the fault of the hostel. The owners are also very nice. There was a misunderstanding about the water because our English is not very good. But then they offered us drinking water, but that's not so important because water is sold everywhere for little money.

There was a rather old smell in the room, like a cat smell, but not so strong, or an old damp smell, not really clear. It didn't bother us much because the smell wasn't that bad. But I think this point could have been improved and it would have left an even more positive impression. Until 10 pm there was often bass music from a place near the beach, but it wasn't the hotel's fault and the music stopped after 10 pm.

They had generators to use during brownouts. You have a water heater in the showers. Staff were nice. The owner's son was kind and helpful too. You have a place to hang your wet clothes too. There's free coffee and hot water too. The owner is very mindful of the things you need during your stay at Boracay.

The property was clean on arrival. It had good Aircon and a nice hot shower. The hosts were kind, friendly and helpful with everything. No complaints from us. we would definitely recommend staying there and good value for money and also being so close to the beach is great.
