Kitchenette in rooms, 2beds, clean hôtel

Breakfast is not really good for product and choice Room on street side, with windows not locking properly Swimming pool cleanliness

Breakfast was so good & location was amazing.

The elevator was hot.

Room smelt bad, too many chemicals used to disinfect the room hence the overpowering smell of antibacterial scent. Towels and linen had stains that appeared to be left from other guests with henna tattoos. Room air was moist and damp, and a smell was being emitted from the air con unit when turned on. Over all did not stay and checked out within hours to go to a different hotel.

PROS: 1.Staff at dining was very friendly/helpful 2.Staff by the main door also was very friendly, accommodating/helpful 3.location was not bad. Close to the beach. 4. They lend beach towels 4. You could cook your own food in the room.local seafood market close by.cheap price. 5.swimming pool with friendly staff on the roof

REAL REVIEW ...READ ON IF YOU WANT THE TRUTH .. CONS: 1. Grime on the shower head. 2. No internet, staff who was not an IT gave an excuse that the Internet on the island is not fully restored. It was actually the AP malfunctioning..I know im a retired IT.. First response.. Front desk personel never apologized. Instead they continued to make excuses. In all 3 days of no steady internet. 3. Room was SO DIRTY, 1st day,upon entering, had to let them sweep the room. Found curtain bar end under the bed, shelves dusty, cobwebs at the corner of the walls. Mouldy food scraps behind the table...i found a toy ball under the bed. 4. Mouldy caulk in bathrooms.and dripping bidet. 5. bed skirt had molds. 6 TV so small considering size of the wall. It was like a 24inch tv 7. Asked for extra lotion they say that it is limited to 2 pieces per day. 8. Restaurant table had warped tops. Glass slid easily and broke....and i was charged. 9. OVERPRICED/OVER RATED 10. Rude front desk personnel when i called on 2nd night for internet fix...I asked nicely if he could send an IT to the room to look at the repeater....He did not answer and i had to repeat myself then he said " you want me to send someone up?" In a sarcastic tone.... REALLY? I dont think i was joking...if only i could curse i would have . 11. NEVER GOT A GENUINE APOLOGY FOR THE WORST INTERNET and DIRT ROOM. 12. 3G 4G signal in the rooms where very weak. 14 overall customer service from front desk BAD.
