The property is situated on a great part of the beach and the room we had overlooked the beach with a great view.

The bathroom standard is below the rest of the property and could be updated.

I like the beachfront . They have a minimal amount of lounge chairs. Unlike the Hennan prime where we stayed. Nice beachfront.

I prefer more modern facility . I don’t like when you shower and bathroom floor gets wet all over. Water pressure not strong. Tv and Ac remotes did not work well.

In den Grünanlagen liegt etwas Abfall rum. Am Abend befindet sich niemand vom Sicherheitsdienst am Strandzugang. Der Spiegel im Bad hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen.

Very comfortable rooms with lovely balcony and in extremely close proximity to the beach. Easy to get a tricycle through town if needed and of course an easy walk along the beach to restaurants and bars. Good, well appointed gym and great big pool. The restaurant had lots of variety and was terrific value.

Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. We enjoyed the daily programme during dinner.

Everything. To including the little perks of a goodnight note on a leaf to the turndown and cookies at night. The maintenance staff resolved the wifi issue to connectivity really fast.

The staff were friendly, the area and hotel are incredibly clean. The room (503) was perfect for our short stay!

We loved every bit of our stay and the property. Our only suggestion is if the hotel provides a clothes drying rack for swimwear after using the pool or going to the beach.

Staff were very friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. Location is perfect, with the best view of the beach. Live band or singers during cocktail hours and dinner are amazing. Food is delicious in general except for the croissant and pan au chocolat which are my favorite from my previous stays here back in 2021 and years before. They seemed to have changed the recipe. The bathroom amenities could be improved as well - water in the sink kind of accumulate and take a while to go down. They could add a towel rack or hooks for change of clothes in the bathroom. There should also be a liquid soap near the toilet bowl. Airport transfers are a breeze, and its good that they have already their own speedboat. But apart from these small things, our stay at this hotel has been excellent.

it was by the beach, easy access, the staff were very nice and helpful. If you have a family it’s well suited for families and it is also outwardly LGBT+ friendly.

it’s not a 5 star hotel, the bathroom tiles were stained and so were the bedsheets, had to ask for a replacement, and even with the replacement there were still staines. breakfast could’ve been better was not a fan of the added yelps and blue painting it clashed with the orange, to loud of competitive colours.

Location to the beach (1 min walk), comfy and big room, very attentive and accommodating staff (esp. with our 4 y/o), free beach beds available, airport transfer costs extra but very hassle-free and worth it, welcome drink + cold towel, pool was nice too.

Shower had weak water pressure, but water was warm.

Fantastic service from all staff. In a country very well known for its smiling and courteous people all interactions with staff was exceptional. EVERYONE went over and above expectations. Breakfast service was outstanding. (Food and service) Most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Great location and quiet. Great evening entertainment with ALL performers being of a very good standard

If I had to pick holes in what was a very nice place the following could be improved. -Food, (apart from breakfast which was great) was generally good, but it did not match the standard of the rest of the resort, .i.e Burger not fully cooked, cheese cake made with mousse and jelly instead of cream cheese and fruit. -Bed and pillow was great, but again the towels etc did not match the fantastic linen. Our towels had seen better days and were not soft or fluffy. -Being woken up at 6.ooam on Sunday morning by the chanting of the aerobics class that was hosted by the neighbouring property

Overall, a very good experience. This small resort (58 rooms) provides a very convenient access to the beach, with spacious rooms, private sunbeds, towels and sun-mats to bring to the sand. They also have a nice swimming pool with a jacuzzi and a restaurant in front of the sea, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast on the sand. The options vary from day to day, guests can enjoy freshly made eggs and waffles (which are a hit), and they offer fresh juices made with fruit rather than powder mixes with water. They also make a delicious latte and mocha with beautiful latte art. The staff are very friendly (from security - Bruno is a star - to waitresses and room service) and helpful, especially their current resort manager, Ryan, who was always very welcoming, attentive to our needs and eager to get feedback from our stay. If you want to enjoy a cozy dinner with convenience, you can have dinner in the hotel too, where they offer a variety of well prepared filipino and international dishes. They also include evening shows for the guests, such as live music or a fire show.

Nothing major, but you could notice that the resort is getting a bit old, e.g. on some furniture, door frames, etc

the hotel is very elegant and the location of the property is really great. everything is easily accessible and convinient. the room is really big.

Allowing guests to reserve sun loungers and not use them until 4pm meaning other guests cannot use them during the day. Totally unacceptable. Reservations should be clear that if not used the towels will be removed to allow other guests. Hotel does not have sufficient sun lounging space to allow guests to restrict their use all day. If I stay with you again I will personally remove any booked loungers if they are not being properly utilised.
