The accommodation is neat, tidy, and had everything we required. Nice and secure with electronic driveway gates.
You need a car (which we had) for you have to drive everywhere.

We had a great experience. The place was very clean, neat and tidy. The owner was very approachable and friendly, they were easily contactable. They even allowed a late checkout and very flexible. There were security screens on the windows and a security gates. The description of the place was very accurate. We would be happy to come back!

"Doggies short stay holiday
"Just what the vet ordered" and her family had a most enjoyable stay also. Everything at your convenience. Coffee shops, bottle shops and the best Vietnamese Restaurant we have ever eaten in and we love going to Vietnam. A most enjoyable short stay break. Chris our host was most helpfull in ensuring we enjoyed our break.

We sure had a great time, super close to everything we needed, location is amazing!! The weather wasn't that good but we had a great stay.

Relaxing and well designed unit
Lovely stay on the riverfront with Bar BQ right on the Jetty and nice landscaping. Owner Chris is very accomodating. We will return for more stayz.

Owner, Chris, was super helpful. Great location. Clean and well equipped apartment. It is a quiet neighbourhood but close to restaurants, shops and right next to the river. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Fantastic Property
I loved staying at this property. The location is fantastic with great shopping, cafes and beaches located within walking distance. The unit has everything you want and more. The owner is a wonderful host. I highly recommend this stay.

Private and Perfect
A fabulous private Villa right on the creek, we woke to birds of all types chatting away each morning, just beautiful. Our host Chris is extremely helpful and has made us feel very welcome. We were travelling with our two dogs this time and the set up was perfect for us and them. Highly recommended!

holiday for reno
The small unit was perfect for the 2 of us and our dog. We stayed almost 3 weeks while the bathroom at our own unit was being renovated. Very clean and in a handy position near shops and Broadwater. Owner, Chris was always very pleasant and helpful.

Great pet friendly accommodation
We stayed with Chris for 3 weeks after a relocation from NZ amidst the Corona virus pandemic. This was a great location in which to self isolate, being right on Loders Creek and a 10min walk to the awesome dog friendly park and beach area of Broadwaters.
Chris was a very amenable host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic little getaway
A great location, everything was really easy and convenient. Lovely view and position onto the creek. The unit was a great size and had everything we needed. Pet Friendly and our dog loved it, what more could you ask for.

The perfect Gold Coast stay.
After arriving we found the property to perfectly match the online advertisement. The unit was a perfect size for 2 people and a dog. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants and a short drive to everything else. We stayed with our little dog and could not fault the unit for value for money. The unit was clean with everything provided that you would need for your stay. Chris introduced himself to us upon arrival and was very approachable with any of our requests. I would not hesitate in staying here again next time i am on the Gold Coast.
5/5 and the best value for money I have found when traveling with your partner and pet.
