This is a beautiful condo in the absolute perfect location. Stunning beachfront Gulf view and stocked with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Easy beach access and close proximity to shopping and restaurants!!

This is a wonderful condo on the beach, with a nice deck looking out over the beach, pool, and ocean. Rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and have great amenities.

Very nice place on a very nice beach. Can't beat the view. Easy access to beach, which is immaculate. Condo was clean and well laid-out. Owners are responsive. Plenty of places in the area to eat and visit.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was just as described and we had no problems. The weather was not great but we made the best of it (a bad day at the beach is better than a day at work). We loved our stay and are trying to figure out when we can come back. Thank you for having us.

The Bestie and I repeated our stay in this excellent condo! It's by far our favorite in Orange Beach. The owners are super responsive and are great to work with on a stay in their unit. We absolutely love the condo and any/all concerns were addressed immediately. The complex has some construction going on that affected parking, the fountain in the pool is under repair and the building was painted---none of this is in the owners' control but the communicated it ahead of time and made us feel welcome and ready to have a great beach week! This one's a favorite and I'd give them 10 stars if possible.

We love the Broadmoor and always stay when we visit Orange Beach! The beach isn't as crowded as other locations yet still convenient to everything we need. This was our 2nd time staying at this condo and we love being so close to the beach. It was perfect for our group of four!

This property couldn’t be any closer to the beach, it made us spoiled for future beach trips. The pool was never crowded, we didn’t feel the need to get up super early to find a beach spot. Really appreciated the storage shed with beach toys, chairs etc, it allowed us to leave a lot at home and appreciated not lugging our stuff up to the room every night! Great spot to watch the porpoises morning & night. Loved it!

Condo is very roomy. Great location! Bed linens needed to be replaced was our biggest let down. We had plenty of towels and toiletries. Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, plates, silverware, utensils and coffee mugs! It wasn’t crowded at all. No outside noise and beach was beautiful. There was a very short walk to the beach from our room. We had a great time.

Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay!! Short and easy walk to the beach, quiet condo with amazing views!! We spent most of our time at the beach but also enjoyed the pool, shell finding and also crab hunting at night. Close enough to restaurants, activities and shops but also secluded enough for privacy and relaxation!!

Perfect property close to amenities but not an overcrowded beach. Great contact with owners and such an easy check in and check out policy. Husband, wife, 2 teenage boys 14 & 17 and still had plenty of room, excellent location and friendly people. Condo was clean and equipped with everything you need, plenty of covered parking and best part was having the storage room close to the beach to keep everything sandy away from condo room. Definitely will be back!

This condo unit was perfect! We had an amazing time with no need for anything. This property was smaller than most, so no need to wait in line for elevators or chairs. It was quiet, clean and peaceful. Yet, you were in walking distance to Flora-bama if you wanted good food and/or live music.

Great location! Easy beach access. No long waits for elevators and crowded beaches like the larger condos. The condo was very clean and well taken care of! Highly recommend. We would stay there again!

Condo is so beautiful and well taken care of, balcony faces beach and pool and let’s you be in the heart of things. Beaches were never overcrowded and was the perfect spot for peace and relaxation. Owners were so nice and helpful always quick with their response. Definitely would stay here again.

There was no problems renting this beautiful condo. I’m so glad I found it. My grandchildren loved the pool and the hot tub. They also enjoyed the volleyball net set up on the beach.

We love staying at The Broadmoor! Excellent property, location and beautiful beach! The condo was amazing and was perfect for our trip. Checking in and out was extremely easy. We hope to be back for a longer stay!

If you are looking for a great stay on the beach - this is the condo for you. We enjoyed watching/listening to the gulf/waves from the balcony. Great place for morning coffee and reading. It is literally a 1 minute walk from condo to the beach. Beautiful quiet beach. Angela and Jeff were great communicators.

Our second time renting this property for Christmas vacation. Very clean and classy unit with up-close Gulf view and steps from the beach. Jeff and Angela are great hosts and respond quickly to any questions or concerns.

We normally stay in Pensacola, but this condo caught our eye on this trip down. Conveniently located, but beach was not crowded at all. Convenient parking, great communication from the owners, great view, (very) quick access to the beach. Hope we can book this one again next year.
