We enjoyed our visit to Leavenworth. Our stay included easy checking, ammenities and the location was great! The complex could use a little deep cleaning but the overall deal was worth the stay! We would def stay again!

We stayed 3 days and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The condo is an easy 15 min walk to town. No need to drive and stress about parking. The condo has everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable.

Overall this place is wonderful. Carolyn was responsive and attentive and the condo was perfect for what we needed. It’s not quite the same as the photos, the sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and it was a bit too far from downtown for us to walk, so we had to pay for parking every day. Aside from those minor things, we loved our stay and would definitely come back.

We stayed two nights at this property and felt very at home here. The location makes it easy to get around the area. We stayed here with our three little kids (4 yrs, 2yrs, and 3 months) during a bit of a heat wave and stayed very comfortable - each room in the house had an air conditioner and a fan. The big bathtub was great for bath time for the kids. I loved that the bedrooms both had a rocking chair - really nice for me and my nursing baby!
The hosts provide plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, extra bedding, toilet paper, soap at each sink, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans & dishes - we make most of our own meals when traveling, so it was nice to have all those items at our fingertips. Also, the place felt and looked clean.
I would recommend this place for families needing a cozy place to crash after a day of adventuring and feel at home while away from home.

We are a family of four (kids' age: 14 &11) and this was one of our stops on a 2-week road trip we took through the PNW. The townhouse was great! Clean, comfortable, and great location (we gave 4/5 stars on location because the walk was further than what we were anticipating to downtown). Also, the pullout couch was a wonderful addition for our kids to have separate spaces to sleep in.

We liked the size of this condo, bedrooms upstairs, living and cooking on the main floor. We liked that we could walk to town. Cold water in kitchen didn't work. After observing lots of kitchen crumbs still visible, I lightly cleaned kitchen areas I was using. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. Deep cleaning needed for whole condo, kitchen and bathroom sinks especially.

It was a very cute place. Close to downtown. Could be considered walking distance but not with younger kids. Quiet. Could have used a better cleaning prior but that is on the cleaning company. Overall we were happy with it and would stay there again!

This property is located nicely between downtown Leavenworth and Icicle Road for river floating and hiking trails. The property manager was also very communicative. We also appreciated the size since the two bedrooms are located upstairs. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. The microwave was caked with food that wasn't ours, the shower/tub was dirty, one of the bedrooms smelled like cigarette smoke, and it was overall very dusty. I wouldn't stay here again.

Very comfy spaces with all the amenities. The kitchen is functional a little dated but clean and nice linens. Loved the proximity to downtown. Had an amazing dining experience in Mana and did the Osprey tubing
on Wenatchee river.

Overall very satisfied with the accommodations. Just 4 block walk downtown action in Levenworth. Excellent common area with seating and Grill. Condo was very nice and Carolyn was responsive when requesting propane for grill. Great place to stay in Levenworth. Well done.

Rented from 21-25 December for Christmas. Gave wrong check in information, condo not within easy walking distance to town, half the plugs in the kitchen didn’t work. Lot of dust under couches, etc. Lost power during negative Temperatures, with little caring from owner- told to “bundle up” when 50 degrees in condo. No check out sheet available. Would not rent again.

We booked this VRBO on behalf of our wedding party for our wedding nearby. The property was in a great location, the check-in process was easy, and it had everything they needed for a weekend stay. Would definitely recommend others to stay here.

This was a nice simple suite with a good location. The host made an extra effort to ensure AC was on before we arrived. Unfortunately, all dishes seemed like they had been poorly hand-washed, but putting them all through the dishwasher yielded no improvement, as the soap dispenser did not open. A second attempt with loose soap was effective. Then we found a plate of bacon in the microwave! And the sofa-bed already had a sheet on it, with a few crumbs, but no spare sheet. Thankfully there were laundry machines. The cleanliness was easily remedied, but shouldn’t have been an issue. We really enjoyed the hot tub.

Girls weekend
We got there to a extremely dirty house. We contacted the manager, she said she would be right over….when she got there she was very rude. She asked what we wanted her to do about it looking like it does. We told her we would like it cleaned. She spent at least an hour taking care of the food/whatever it might of been on the fridge handles, counters, cabinets and doing floors. She also needed to wipe down bathrooms, and living room furniture.
We appreciated her coming and cleaning but it should of been done before we got there.

Our party of 6 had a wonderful time here! It’s very cozy and all the little amenities you need away from home, especially in the kitchen were perfect. The owner was great on communication and even allowed us to make a last minute adjustment to our schedule given the circumstances. We’ll be staying here again in the future!

Another Successful Girls Get Away
We were very pleased to obtain these accommodations on a relatively short notice, in one of our favorite towns, Leavenworth. The condo was as described with plenty of sleeping options, a fully equipped kitchen , baths, etc. Communication the owner was always prompt and accurate. I would recommend this VRBO without reservations.
