Clean, easy checkin and check out.

It was very good. Did have to drive 5 miles to get parking pass. Our friends were in their condo. Also wish it included beach chairs like theirs did.

Just like the picture. Condo was nice and was just like the pictures on the listing. My only complaint was Emerald Coast sending me an email to tell me they had canceled my room. When I called back to see what was going on, this was the reply “we sent that email just to get you to call us back, we didn’t cancel your condo”. It would have been easier for them to have called me.

The condo was nice. The master bedroom matress could use replacing but it wasn't the worst I have slept on! The master shower water pressure is AMAZING! No beach sand will make it past that! Overall the condo was nice and stocked well.

Furniture was filthy, tv was from the 90’s, had to wash everything. Windows were fogged up in between the panes. One elevator was broken down the entire week.

The room was overall clean, but the living room furniture needs to be updated. The balcony door is very hard to open and close. There are two elevators in the building, but one was broken the entire time we were there, and this made it very frustrating at times trying to get back and forth to the room. Long Beach has always been our go to, but they really need to start trying to keep the place up better. Almost all of the luggage racks need to be replaced as well.

I love staying at this resort I love that it is directly on the beach and the balcony looks straight out to the ocean I love that both rooms have access to the balcony and windows to look out at the beach! There is a few things that we was not fond of, in the master bedroom, one of the windows had some sort of film that obscured our view of the beach it was on the outside of the window so it's not something that could be easily fixed on the 10th floor, the blanket on the bed was way too big for the bed making it a little uncomfortable but we managed, and there was a huge desk thing, that I didn't find necessary to have in the room, i would have liked at least 2 more king size pillows in the master! I loved the little chair that sat by the window I was able to read my book and relax. In the main living area the glass tables made me nervous I was scared they would break having a 2 year old with us they were gorgeous and looked good in the room but we struggled with moving the table in the living room to get the sleeper out we thought it was going to break. In the kitchen we didn't have enough utensils and bakeware to cook with we did have enough pots and pans though. The washer and dryer was nice but the washer needed to be wiped down on the inside just comes with front loaders like that so it's understandable! And lastly the balcony needed more furniture it had the table for 6 but at least 2 more chairs to relax in would have been nice like a lounge chair!

The power/AC went out so that makes it hard to rate the resort. I will say that the view was amazing and we enjoyed the pool and bar and the staff was super friendly. I hate to say anything bad since Hannah took such good care of us but we would not stay at this resort again. We will use Emerald Beach Properties again though!!
