Location, lots of space in the building
I had to do some study at night and the lighting was very poor for this

We booked the accommodation last minute and nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely beautiful and so spacious ! Looking forward to returning again.

Lovely place. Great size. Owner very responsive and good to deal with, bed very comfy.
Lounge could have been cleaner. Found peoples lolly wrappers in different places. Stove not in good working order. Tried to make pasta for kids and took over an hour.

Good location, nice and quiet.
The property was not clean- long black hairs on both bathroom floors with dust.
When sitting on the sofa, the cushion moved to reveal loads of crumbs, hair and lolly wrappers underneath the cushions.
There was no information left on how to log in to the WiFi or use the foxtel tv. I had to contact the owner by text, they replied while we were out with what to do. That night we tried logging in again with no success, I called the owner, she said that there was nothing she could do if we couldn’t get it working as she was out. The error code indicated that it was no longer connected to Foxtel. So, no tv or movies to watch.
Also, the layout was very open and it was still cold with the heaters on full- most of tte heat was escaping through the glass in the hall- a curtain ir door would help.

could have done with some finishing touches…. mirror in master room…. curtains across main access door.

Spacious property with everything we needed. If we knew how good it was we would have stayed longer! Staff were fabulous, & even turned the heating on ready for our arrival on a very cold evening :)

Very roomy for couples or families. Comfy beds. Reasonably clean. Good location despite a bit of traffic noise. Coffee machine.
Was very cold upon entry🥶 Would have appreciated heating to have been turned on. Lighting is bad particularly in dining area. No shade on glass entry door offered zero privacy from car park😬 Found things on floor like marbles and hair clips so could have been tidier. Cups provided didn't fit in coffee machine. No matches for the candles😔

We all thought the place was very special and quite different than other places in the way it was set up. There was room for another ten or so people!!
Only one thing and that was the softness of the single bed. Needs a firmer mattress for real comfort.

This place was huge! Very nice and was better than we were expecting. Beautiful inside and out. Would definitely stay there again even with the kids because it caters well for families too.

The location is good though a bit noisy because it's along main busy road. With time you adjust and get used to it.

The location was fine, but not close to any shops etc. Wifi very weak or no existent which is surprising with todays technology.

Location good and easy trip to the wedding venue. Many wineries around and easy distance to shops. Very spacious apartment with plenty of room for a family. The single beds were comfy but main bed too hard. Plenty of towels, extra pillows etc. Nice dining and seating area.
On first glance the place looked clean but the kitchen cupboards, drawers, fridge, micro etc needs a serious spring clean! Window blinds need fixing. Lack of instructions on how to use TV and Foxtel. Small details but could make such a difference to the guests.

Location was appropriate for what we wanted. The appartment was very spacious and was appealing when we first walked in until we looked a little closer. Fridge worked well. Bedrooms were nice and dark for sleeping.
The lighting in the appartment was very dim and found it all to be too dark in living areas. The TV was very small, not user friendly, taking too long to load channels and the remotes extremely dirty. One toilet smelt so bad we could not use it. Showers had very poor water pressure and some hand soaps for the sinks were needed as it was not supplied. Floors were not very clean and appearded to need a good mop. Towells were stained and some were that old they should be retired. There was also no airconditioning in the bedrooms.

it was HUGE! much bigger than we were expecting.
only complaint we have was no air con in the bedroom but we were still really comfy.

Really comfortable property and basics supplied for eating in. Unfortunately very weak wifi so no Netflix available.
Plenty of coffee pods provided.
Shower/bathroom could have been cleaner but satisfactory overall!

The apartment was spacious, well-kept with every convenience. The location was also good, being close to Red Hills, and Balnarring. We hope to be able to do exploration of Mornington Peninsula and this stay met all expectations and more.
The only minor thing was there was no WiFi at the apartment. But this has its own advantage in helping in being off the grid in some ways.
