Beautiful rooms, Great receptionist, Great restaurant on site

The room has a great sea view and comfy bed. The lady at the reception was very friendly and gave me heaps of info about what to do around the area.

Really comfortable apartment for a family of 4, and great location to go for a stroll and relax. We found the staff very friendly and helpful.

Car parking was a hassle given we paid $25/day and someone else parked in our space. The staff said we wouldn’t be charged then after we left the hotel we were charged.

The location was superb, right on the water, adjacent to a couple of small coffee shops. Parking was good. Staff were excellent. Bed was beautifully plush - one of the best nights sleep I’ve ever had. Bathroom was modern and a good size.

Our only minor problem was the lack of a mirror in the room to apply makeup and do hair in a good light. Bathroom mirror fogged up and couldn’t be used while someone was in the shower.

Hard to get transport that you haven't already organized. Must pre-book any taxi's or ubers to get to and from the venue.

Fantastic location, with plenty of parking for your car. Beautiful rooms laid out and a door that leads to the waterfront with spectacular views. Bed was comfy and clean as well as the room itself.

Beware of the mini bar prices, but in saying that there is a mini-grocer right next door so you can get your own supplies. The fridge could be bigger for said supplies.

The dinner we had was excellent, although they had no record of our booking made some days before. The service was good and promptly served, although we felt for two couples nearby whose orders arrived well after ours and had ordered before us. One of the couples were offered free wine in compensation, and when it arrived it was not what was ordered; and when the food finally arrived it was not what was ordered (Fawlty Towers springs to mind!). A pity as the setting is magical.

Although not the fault of the hotel, the parking situation is horrendous, unless you get one of the limited spaces that the hotel offers, for an extra $25 on top of the already hefty tariff. (We missed out.) The hotel obviously takes advantage of its monopoly, being the only establishment with commanding views of the beautiful Pittwater. Unless you book a room with a view of the road, you pay a tariff that would get you a good room in many 5-star hotels in the city.

The Pasadena team were incredible. I was staying for a wedding and couldn’t have been happier with the service and accommodation. Great communication, service and experience

The room was large, clean and comfortable.

The hotel is located on the main road and the rooms weren't soundproofed well so passing traffic kept me awake.
