The location is good

There is no customer service at all. 1 - contact details not present, given mobile phone is never attended, neither is there a land line. 2 - There is no one at the property physically either for any emergency or needs. 3 - For 5 of us they had given a few toiletries for 3 days and there was no phone, no contact number and no person in sight to provide the basics. 4 - We also tried to postpone the trip initially as there was storm forecast and booking.com confirmed that the dates were available but the property was not reachable and didn’t accept the change of dates. 5 - After reaching there was no one to provide supplies and when we called the number on the site a lady only picked up the next morning that ‘they only manage the units but do not own it, so won’t be able to assist’😳 DO NOT book with them, as once you are in you will not be refund and the service will be pathetic

Palm Beach is a lovely area and the unit was located conveniently near a couple of cafes and galleries. It was also close to a bus stop. It was really clean, nice decor and quite a good size.

There were limited tea and coffee making facilities, some teabags for example but no UHT milk provided. Some of the lamps in the bedroom were either broken or the bulbs needed changing. It’s also a very hard time getting a cab at Palm Beach.

Super convenient

VERY run down. No hair dryer, no coffee, no milk, was asked to call if there was only one key but no answer I was worried the whole time

Bed very comfortable and great location

Bed was on wheels that didn't lock so couldnt sit up reading in bed without it rolling. Was a lot of sound transfer from other units so the very noisy occupants in unit below was very intrusive requiring us to contact manager during the night. She was very responsive which was excellent. Foxtel box was not functioning

Location was fine

No storage for clothes aside from hanging rails in the wardrobes, no drawers or shelves for underwear, tee shirts, shorts to be stored. Same situation in the kitchen, limited bench space and no spare storage for 'pantry' items/dry goods such as general groceries, breakfast cereals etc. No vacuum cleaner or at least a soft bristle brush to keep the sand and other debris off the tiled floors

Quiet, parking and location

Our arrival experience. No email with a code was sent re key pick up so we didn't realise there was no-one to greet us on arrival. After a phone call all was sorted.

Beautiful location. The rooms were nice and clean..Very modern.
