Great view. Clean. Nice and cool inside. Fantastic value compared to local hotels.

We would have liked a few more towels.

The sofa pull out bed very uncomfortable.

Location. Space. View. Well equipped with beach supplies, full kitchen and all supplies, easy parking.

Location is great. Just one block from the beach. I liked that there was a full kitchen.

The mattresses were old and very uncomfortable. They changed them for new ones after several days after I complained. The bedroom carpet could do with a steam clean. The curtains were not connected to all hooks so were 'falling off' the rail. It just gave the overall feeling that things are not checked before guests arrive.

The location of the property was great. It was near the major bus stops so it was easy to use the bus system in Oahu. The beds are also very comfortable and the overall look of the property is a nice clean modern look. My group had trouble deciding between this one and another property but in the end went with this one due to the way it looked. We were also able to get into the property and leave our stuff 2 hours before our actual check in time and that in itself was amazing.

There is nothing that I didn't really dislike about the property. If anything, first arriving at the Waikiki Banyon can be a bit confusing due to the two tower system that the hotel has. But that's not really the property owners fault and should not be used against them.
