This is not a condo hotel, but a unit in a residential condo complex, which I did not expect. The front door has shades that can be opened from outside of the unit. There is some noise from the street starting 8AM. Location is far from ideal. You cannot really swim in the beach across the street (very rocky), which means we had to drive 5-10 minutes to other beaches every day. Restaurants and bars also require a 10 minute drive to Lahina. However, the food trucks area is 10 minute walk from the unit.

Location, location! We stayed at the A unit which is the front building where we looked out to the Honokowaii park. We enjoyed the breeze and the scenery very much. It just couple steps to to the park and we jumped into the water, snorkeling right there. They welcomed us with snack and local chocolate candy. The facility equipped well with all you need for cooking. It's a clean place, fast wifi, good TV in the living room, and nice balcony looks out to the ocean (ocean view). The process of check-in and check out were easy. I can say painless. I received a text from Janet with her instructions for getting in the apartment, wifi password.

The bed frame in the bed room was low which fitted my knee perfectly and bumped into it so many times. I got bruised on my left knee. I used towel to mark the corner and a way to remind me walking slowly and lifting up my left leg higher. I am 5'1". I think a tall person might have their shin hurts. Maybe upgrade to a free flow bed frame? The nonstick cookwares had scratched and known for harmful chemical release ms during cooking. My suggestion is to upgrade to stainless steels.

The location is right across from the park, the supermarket is nearby. The room is super clean and cozy. The balcony is a perfect size. Loving to stay there to enjoy the sunset and breeze. Public areas such as the laundry room, pool, and parking lots are clean too.

The property did not meet any of our expectations. It was in no way a luxury condo, with a rating of 8.9 it was over priced and over sold. I would give it a rating of 4. The bed linen was old and too small for the bed. The building was run down and damaged in parts. Overall we were very disappointed.

Location was best. there was a park everyone always tried to get parking at and we felt lucky because we could park at our condo and just walk there.

The location was beautiful , this specific unit had a semi view from across the street of the ocean which was nice , it was very clean and had enough amenities to cook breakfast.

the pool was far away and small and in a locked gate, the laundry was coin operated far away from the unit, and there was no air conditioning in the living room dining area and kitchen,the bedroom had a small one.

The condor is very big and comfortable. I can see small sea view on the second floor, right corner. The room is very clean and facilities are very good. There is a big living room with big dining table. One king size bed in the bedroom. The shower room is good enough with several towels. I like to stay.

The service is very good, but the man we called for 2 times for microwave usage, washing detergent etc. does not call us back nor text us. We bought wash detergent at expensive price nearby but we saw cheaper price for TIDE in a ABC store which is not far from us. We hope to have advice from them.

I loved that the property was in an excellent location next to shops & a Ross from the beach. It came fully stocked with all appliances & amenities. The breeze from the lanai was amazing!

AC was a bit loud and could be updated in bedroom.

Our family of four stayed in a condo for two weeks. Great location and nice beach. The condo is clean, well maintained and has everything you need. Free big parking lot. Convenience stores are just a couple of minutes of walking distance.

Air conditioner would be nice. However, we had plenty of fans and felt pretty comfortable during our stay in July.

We liked the location, cleanliness, beach accessible, balcony, beach supplies. It was good for the price point for sure!!

We were told there was AC in the living room and there wasn't.

It's right across from the beach, where you get to see the perfect sunsets every night. There are multiple places to eat at around the condos and great coffee shops too.

It was very clean, the complex looks old outside but the inside has been renovated, laminate floors, a lanai with a partial ocean view, granite counter and a living room with a good size TV. They provided an extra bed, and some beach gear that We used, the complex counts with laundry, (you will need some quarters)and pool. There is a beach across the street with a playground and picnic tables where you can definitely enjoy the sunset, also a few steps away is the farmers market with fresh fruit, coconuts and açaí bowls. My kids enjoyed our stay, the location allows you to visit Napili shores, Kaanapali and Black rock at about the same distance without paying the resort prices. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.
