Location was great, balcony ocean views were great, nice beach
Small kitchen, no oven and the Murphy beds in the studio suites were horrible. Like, why I pull down bed? Room for a real bed. The mattress was thin, bedding exactly like hospital blankets and sheets. It was comical how bad the bed was.

we loved everything! I have. a family of 4 and we were tight but comfortable!

The hotel is right on the beach. The room was less than 100 feet from the surf. The sunset view was spectacular. The room was modern, comfortable, and included a well equipped kitchen. The room has great windows and a large sliding door opening to a pleasant balcony.
The parking lot is small but, was never completely filled. Facilities are basic for a resort. But, the location is a short drive from many dining and shopping options.
People seeking a more comprehensive resort might be disappointed by the on site facilities.

Mattresses were second rate for price of accommodations. Add said there was a dishwasher and there wasn’t.

Murphy bed really uncomfortable ànd the air conditioning was terrible. Most nights sweaty and sleepless.

Location was great. Loved the beach! Staff was very friendly.
Sofa beds are just not comfortable. The memory foam on mattress helped.
The condensation from the air conditioner dropped down on the person sleeping on the Murphy bed.

The lanai and ocean view were awesome.
The bed pulled out/down from the wall. Mattress was worn out. We are not heavy people. (165 & 112 lbs.) Yet, we experienced back pains and insomnia from lack of sleep.
Could not pull silverware drawer out without first opening the fridge.
No one was there to check us in. Had to go to neighboring resort to check in.

Location was great , we enjoyed our stay and I would go back to the same room, the only thing needed attention upgrade the mattress and install screen for the balcony, I don’t like using A/C I like fresh air, we couldn’t open it because flies will fill the room, other than that it was excellent stay.

Location! Right on the beach. Beach views from the patio. Stayed in a “studio” that has a convenient little kitchenette with a two burner stove, fridge, pots, pans, and eating utensils. This is awesome for people who have an extended stay to save a few bucks on eating out by cooking a few meals!
Beds were not the most comfortable, but it was a good deal. Had one Murphy bed that was a little flat and creaky and a pull out couch bed that we didn’t use. Blankets were also not the softest.

Awesome beachfront condo! Swimmable ocean right outside your door! Friendly staff, clean rooms and everything you need to cook for yourself. Overall great place!

I could not use the tv on my first day since no one came to fix it.
Sheets were not provided for my son’s bed. My husband had to walk over the next building to retrieve them.

Have to walk 1/2 mile for food, and drinks. They need a pop/ water machine on site. Everything else was great. Awesome view can’t go wrong for whale/ turtle watching.
Needs a pop/ water machine for halls.
