Very good location, enough space for parking, good kitchen, spot to chill out, very clean.

Housekeeper is lovely but do not speek english (we had a friend who knew few italian words, so it was ok for us), its easy to hear through walls, shower hole was stuck.

A little problem with drainage in the toilet. Near the noisy street. But we spent pleasant holidays :)

The housewife was awesome! Private parking - I recommend a car - especially if you are with small children - in hot weather is complicated.

The mattress was old and you could feel the iron springs - I replaced it with another one that was used by my son - then it was great. You could hear motorbikes from the road - but that's normal for Italy :) If you are used to sleeping in a completely quiet environment, you probably won't get much sleep. But you would have to live completely outside an Italian city without motorbikes :)

Very noisy as situated just on the street. Quite far from the city and lake, can be reached only long the way with cars. Really old property.

Comfortable, nice flat, great location, nice host.

Basic stuff was missing (such as soap or salt in the kitchen). Would expect it.

Well equipped, lovely view, supermarket in front, silent area, lovely kind lady managing the hotel! Really great value for the price!

Only contra: WiFi not that good which will lead you to enjoy your book instead which is fine on holidays :)

A very cosy, bright, comfortable apartment with a cute balcony. The couch/bed is very good. Close to the Penny supermarket. I felt at home immediately!
