This is a lovely cabin directly in the lake. The weather was cool and rainy so we did not go on the lake but we were able to enjoy it in the large screened in porch. The gas fireplace kept us cozy inside. Great location close the The Mount, Lenox and the Norman Rockwell museum and studio.

We love our quiet and peaceful time on the lake. The cabin was just the right for the four of us. Sitting by the shore or in the screened porch was lovely. Our favorite was kayaking the lake when the water was calm and like glass in the morning. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the close proximity to town and Shakespeare and Company. Our daughter was performing there and the 5 minute drive was easy and so beautiful. We can’t wait to come back and hopefully take in the beauty of lake Laurel again. Wonderful rustic summer cottage. We are four adults who sang at Tanglewood with Berkshire Chorus International. The property is in a great location for our needs. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The propane fireplace is helpful for chilly mornings. We used kayaks and enjoyed the lake scenery.

We loved being by the lake and enjoyed kayaking right out the back door.

This cottage is perfect for a relaxing time away from home. The kitchen is well stocked, living room quite comfortable with a gas fireplace. The very best thing is the screened in porch. Sitting and watching the kayakers, geese and a variety of birds. Lovely gardens. We will be returning!

The location is perfect—secluded enough to offer quiet and pure relaxation, but easy to get around to all spots in the Berkshires. The clear, calm water was perfect for swimming and kayaking. Only downside was having to leave. We tried to extend but others had booked already and the place needed to be cleaned in-between guests. Excellent location and a very positive vibe await you. My only suggestion is to provide sort of setup to enjoy a fire 🔥 outside. One of our favorite parts was the electric fireplace. Turn it on and get mesmerized in a cozy, warm ambience. this place had everything you need to enjoy your stay, great fire place, heater for each bedroom plus ac if needed, so clean,kitchen great, dead end road, close to all places to see in the area,great furnishings as well

Fantastic location right on the lake with kayaks and a canoe. The large screened porch was great, and the kitchen/house was clean and well equipped. The cottage was quite small. Great for a couple and some small kids. Only issue was that the primary bedroom and bathroom were quite musty smelling, no doubt due to proximity to the water.

The property was very nice. Kids loved spending time in the lake trying to catch fish in a net. Overall good place to stay.

This cottage was great! The screened porch, yard, and private beach on the lake were tranquil and perfect for spending a relaxing time with our family. It was very clean and had everything we needed for grilling and playing in the sand and kayaking. Would definitely rent again!

This property was everything my fiancé and I wanted when we looked for a short lakefront getaway. We even hit the jackpot when we found this property has a private lakefront access! We spent each morning in the sunroom listening to all of birds, it was so nice to hear all the chirping. The peacefulness of kayaking and canoeing on the lake, the convenience of the property's distance to the town, and the scenery when we used the grill was everything we wanted. The neighbors were super friendly as well. Our only small issue was the bed was on the softer side, which I did not mind but my fiancé likes firmer beds. Otherwise, everything was what we wanted. This is a perfect place for those who want a relaxing getaway with direct access to a quiet and private lake.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful weekend away at Mike's place in Lenox during the last weekend of October. Incredible setting plus a short drive to town was just what we wanted. Thanks for hosting us and we hope to come back in the warmer weather to really enjoy everything the property has to offer!

Had a great stay.

This cabin had everything we needed for a week get away! Secluded and beautiful lake view and so close to great hiking! We mostly did take out and brought food back and ate on the screened in porch which was great! When it got chilly we flipped on the gas stove! Did many great nearby hikes and went out on the lake for a few trips in the canoe/kayaks. The cabin had everything we could need and was in a nice quiet spot yet only 8 min from town! Thanks!!
