Location is very strategic if you don't like the bustling city cos it's very quiet around the area. It's very near to MRT exit.

Even though it's near to MRT exit, there's a curfew to use the shortcut door (until 10pm only). If safety is the concern, they should allow card holder to tap their card for entrance. And actually it's quite far from city center. I stayed in room 703 which the shower is slow and the shower head is dirty. I complained to the counter but it's still the same the next day.

there is not sufficient toiletries, no cotton bud,no shower cap and shampoo and bath gel is limited. Hot water for bathing is not consistent, suddenly becomes too cold and suddenly becomes too hot. This supposed to be a 4 star rating

Good modern feeling hotel in Bangkok for good value price. Staff is nice. Very close to mrt. Also has a small fitness center.

The wifi is decent but the system they use isn't the best. Constantly requires you to relog in and cuts out alot. I think if they reworked the system it would be fine.

Location is superb, literally next to the MRT station. Although in the map you have to walk around the block but they have a short cut for the people who stay in the hotel. Downside is it's closed at 10 PM so u gotta come back before that. Love that there's a soft and hard option for pillows, with label some more! And they have call-to-room massage service. I think this is a plus and everything can be booked online. I will definitely come back to stay here! :)

Staff could be more friendly. Maybe they should be treated better by the Management.
