Habitación muy pequeña, de unos 9 M2 cuando anunciaban 12. Muy estrecho todo, sin espacio para maletas, sin sillas, ni mesa

nos dieron la habitacion 5 para discapacitados , no soy discapacitado, la acustica y ventilación muy mala de esa habitación esta cerca de donde sirven el desayuno por lo tanto uno escucha todo no pudiendo dormir.

Buena atención en la recepción. Limpieza. Ubicación céntrica y tranquila.

Tamaño excesivamente pequeño de la pieza, no había espacio para transitar y la cama de dos plazas estaba pegada a la pared. Tamaño de la cama de dos plazas: apenas mide 1.90 No había closet y tampoco caja fuerte. Horario del desayuno muy corto. Nula privacidad ya que se escuchan todos los ruidos (conversaciones de otras piezas, baños, abrir y cerrar puertas)

Todo excelente muy lindo el hotel.

Las habitaciones son EXTREMADAMENTE pequeñas. En mi caso era una habitación triple y no cabía el equipaje;no te podías mover dentro de la habitacion. La.cama.doble estaba pegada a la pared y no dejaba espacio para pararse.

The staff were very kind to us, always ready to help. The installations were super confy. There are places in the region to grab food or have dinner.

We arrived late in the night and would have been really good to know that there wouldn't be any taxis available nearby the bus station. So we had to walk all the way to the hostel.

The reception people are totally amazing (I even have favourites). The rooms were really warm, given that it was a bit cold during my visit. I really loved everything, the team really values us, the clients

They do a cleaning of the room, but they request tips - it would be great if they had a way to include that in the fee and just clean everyone`s room, without making us feel gulity if we do not tip

The staff was really nice and welcoming. The room was cosy and clean. And the location was definitely great. It was a great choice.

Location was great! Quite central. Staff was super helpful and packed our breakfast to go for our early flight. Beds were comfy as well!

It was very noisy - we had a room close to reception though which probably didn't help. Shower was a bit messy as well.

very noisy inside building. we were woken up at 530am from yelling from staff to guest to inform them a cab was here. IMO no yelling at 530am especially in a small building where sound travels.

The staff was very kind and spoke great English. The hotel is very close to all the sight in the city center.

Unfortunately, they have a doorbell and lock the door so guests have to ring the bell whenever they want to get in. That means a lot of noise depending on when the guests will return to the hotel. The beds were a little old and could use a new mattress. Breakfast was OK, but it would be great to have eggs for breakfast and fresh fruit.

Staff and warm

The room was quite small and the walls didn't isolate the noise from the aisle. You can even wake up with the noise. Overpriced considering the size of the room and the isolation.

The hostal is amazing and very comfy. Well located, approximately a 5min walk to the city center - uber and taxi are available 24/7. Breakfast was good and if necessary they can pack you some food for you to take with during the tours. The staff is very good, specially Erica and José that were very polite and helpful. The bedroom is really good, very clean. The shower is good and hot, beds are large and comfy. My only recommendation would be to turn off the central heat system, otherwise bedrooms become a bit hot. You can request the staff to turn it off without problems. I recommend it and hope to go back another time.

We booked this place last minute after some cancelled flights and travel problems. We had to check in at 2am and were worried no one would be there. They communicated very quickly with us over Booking and assured us that staff was there 24/7. The man who checked us in was very nice, spoke lots of English, and was very helpful with us at 2am! The room was clean and comfortable with a good sized bathroom. We had to leave early in the morning so I'm not sure what breakfast was like, but the hotel was very secure and quiet and on a quiet historic street. We were able to park outside on the curb as well.

Nothing! If we were staying here longer and wanted to be close to restaurants/bars, it's a little ways away from all of that, but you could likely walk to things in a short distance.

We loved this place! It was very clean and quiet and had a homey feel. The staff were great. Super helpful and spoke excellent English and Spanish.

For the price, I thought the breakfast could have been a little better. They only had instant coffee and the ham looked like spam. Not a huge deal, though! I am a food and coffee snob.

Beautiful building with a very cozy room, super clean and super nice staff. I had a little trouble with my card at the time of check in and they were super helpful and flexible to help me solve the problem. hope to come back in the future!
