Localização, chuveiro água quente, quarto confortável, o Gustavo, excelente atendimento!.
Acústica do quarto, qualquer barulho lá fora , se houve muito bem, até passos etc.

A anfitriã nos recebeu muito bem, nos tratou como velhos conhecidos. O quarto é bem espaçoso e limpo. O banheiro, apesar de externo, é praticamente em frente ao quarto, de uso privativo, com boa calefação e chuveiro ótimo para um banho relaxante. O café da manhã é simples mas satisfatório. É possível fazer pequenas refeições na cozinha do hostel. Os dois cachorros, mascotes do hostel, são uma atração à parte, lindos e amigáveis.
Nada atrapalhou a nossa estadia. Estava tudo ótimo.

El personal muy amable, sobre todo Hugo que nos resolvió muchas dudas. Lo mismo con Gustavo con una atención muy cercana.
También me gustó la ubicación ya que en 15 minutos caminando estás en el centro.
Mi habitación estaba hacia la calle y nunca sentí ruido o molestias. Solo agregaría tener más cojines.
El desayuno también me gustó mucho, bien completo. Solo agregaría tener Agua fría disponible.
Me gustó todo porque cumple muy bien con el precio/calidad.

The facilities, the staff is just amazing and helpful. Great breakfast. It is possible to cook your meals and do your laundry there. Gustavo is a wonderful human being.

The location was good being easy walk from the town centre and facilities. The breakfast choice was reasonable.

The location is nice and central and the staff were really kind and easy-going. They were super accommodating when the room we originally booked had a leaky pipe and gave us a different option at a huge discount, which was much appreciated.
This was probably the noisiest hostel we stayed in in all of South America between the traffic (we had street-facing rooms on both of our stays) and the squeaky floorboards. So not ideal for light sleepers, but not a bad spot overall by any means.

It is a fairly basic hostal but the room was big and the bed was comfortable. It was ideal for us as it was only a 10 min walk to the bus station and we had a very early start the next day. The staff were very friendly and set up breakfast for us earlier than usual. Would stay there again

Staff were really helpful and friendly. We checked in late one night and out early the next morning. They helped organized a transfer to the airport and got up early to provide breakfast before we left.

The hostel is very well located. For the price range it is a good value. They even offer breakfasts and you can also use the kitchen for cooking.

The accommodation is super located, clean and has everything you need. Gustavo is super helpful, accommodating, friendly, professional, authentic and makes the hostel a great place that I can recommend to everyone!

Very friendly and helpful host. Good location. Nice breakfast. Walls and doors are like cardboard though, so you can hear everything, but that is the only negative thing to say about this place.

We loved everything there. The girl (Sofia), who cared about accomodation, was really kind. Fully equipped accomodation with shared kitchen, we also could wash our clothes, which you appreciate when hike! Also, the two dogs were so so cute :-) We would stay again. It is close to the bus station.

Great hostal - would recommend! Arrived at 12:30 am and the host was happy to welcome us in despite the hour. Only spent 1 night on route to Puerto Natales but the hostal was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, especially if you're taking the bus. Host was super friendly and kind.

Gustavo the host is super welcoming and has great suggestions for checking out the area. he is a wealth of knowledge! The rooms were super clean and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend!

The staff welcomed us late at night (1am) due to a late incoming flight. The same person was up preparing breakfast for us at 8am. Facilities were clean and well kept, and there was a huge selection of food for breakfast. The room was heated which was essential even in summer.
