Loved the stay here. Relaxed and chill out vibes. Good cottages for the money you pay. The owner, Joseph, is one of the kindest people I've met. Enjoyed the talk with him, also given me some tips on Jamaican culture and people. 7miles beach is just across the road, and easy access to the sea. The town centre is close too (10min walk). Definitely will come back and can't wait to see the restaurant opening that Joseph is building.

I have nothing good to say this establishment let me down badly they rebooked the room didn't inform me so when I came to pick up the key there was no one there. I left Loads of messahes for them to contact me, no response, so no accommodation. I was unable to find a rooms as there was a festival in the area so I ended up with no accommodation how distressing after driving across the island to come and stay in a place where you believed you would be safe. When we finally spoke to the person they said all the rooms are booked out offered no assistance to rebook anywhere else considering they know the area much more than I do . What's so disappointing is that at no time did they contact me to ask did I still need the room. They must be so disperate for money to treat customers so, disgusting Behavior, so disappointed. The only consolation the owner (from abroad) reached out to apologize,

It was very quiet and clean. Joseph was great whatever you needed he was willing to help. Great location right across the street from the Beach. With just a little walk to town.

Very good host, feel myself like on the village at home. The entrance to Negril beach is just opposite crossing the street, 5 minutes walk. In 10 minutes walk there are some restaurants like Burger king and local food, quite big supermarket. Knutsford express is also in just 10 minutes walk that is perfect if you travel to other cities in Jamaica.

I felt welcome upon arrival, and I thank Joesph for greeting me and accommodating me. I adored "Jennifer" who worked daily to make guest comfortable and keep things as clean as possible.

The entire complex is in need of upgrade of building materials which compose the dwelling type of lodging / cottage whereby shared bathroom / shower is located.

rooms are comfortable, theres everything you need. But honestly, the best thing about westport is Joseph he’s one of the hidden gems of negril. beautiful soul. definitely coming back.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

We went for budget room and our little cottage was simple, but lovely and comfortable. The owner is very friendly and helpful, you simply feel welcomed in there. Also, the location is perfect - it takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach and about 10 to the town.

The shared toilet and bathroom weren't cleaned during our stay.

It's a budget accommodation for romantic lovers

there was no breakfast, the only good part was they were close to beach and town

shared kitchen was not clean, or sanitary... cockroaches and fleas in room, was given bug spray second last day of 2 week stay....owner and manager wouldn't allow my family in to visit....daughters husband is a local man..I found the owner and manager to be prejudice of the locals...had to change my own sheets and ask for towels...shared bathrooms and showers have a key attached to door so anyone can come in and interrupt or ??? unsafe for solo, repeatedly threatened to kick me out if I brought locals in, including daughter and husband...locked me out one day while I was saying goodbye to my daughter and family....had to yell for 15 minutes to get someone's attention to get back in, and again told no locals allowed in and threatened to be out on the street....why didn't I leave you ask? I didn't have the means too plus was beginning of virus outbreak

Close to west end Negril and seven mile beach. Very nice owner and staff. Quiet stay.

It's not a super fancy place, but it is cheap and you have what you need. Shared bathroom, room had two double beds. You cross the road and you are in front of the beach! super easy to interact with other guests, Scott was very nice with me providing me with all of the info I needed Thanks Stefano
