Nice, safe place with friendly staff. If i had any requests the staff was very quick and responsive. Excellent location, walking distance to the gym, little shops, beach and restaurants. The room itself was comfortable and well put together and had everything you need, same as the kitchen which was bigger than it seems in the pictures. I would stay here again!

Alles soweit OK , Für wenig Geld wohnt man an der Strasse , im Appartment ist alles was man braucht , auf den Gelände ist ein Pool ,andere Seite von der Strasse wartet der Strand ( 5 min zu Fuss ) , an der Strasse findet man genug um alles zu kaufen , was man braucht .....

TV etwas komplieziert ,aber geht auch ohne , Nachst kann es schon mal laut werden ,speziell Freitags ...

I read all the reviews before booking and was a bit hesitant based on a few bad reviews. I am SO very glad I booked. The owners are literally the nicest people you could ever meet. They both left their Independence Day celebration to greet us when we arrived rather than handing the keys to staff. They gave us a ton of excellent advice and were just lovely. Regarding those negative reviews, I'd like to comment on my experience: Mosquitoes-Yes, there were mosquitoes but this is tropical country, to go there and not expect mosquitoes is nuts. We never had a single bug in our place because they have a really cool magnetic mosquito screen inside the front door. Loud music-This one worried me but honestly the only sound we heard at night was the frogs. There is a 91 year old lady who lives on one side and an Italian restaurant on the other. I'm not sure where people heard the "night club music". Hot water-The hot water for us was fine. Also, it is HOT in Negril. Who wants a steamy hot shower? The air conditioning-The units where we stayed cranked! In fact we had to turn them way down so we weren't cold. The pool-The pool was perfect. Literally no one was ever in the pool so we had the whole thing to ourselves. Parking-The spaces are tight and can be a bit like Tetris but we never had any problem finding a spot. I think the people who wrote negative reviews were expecting a Sandals type resort. If that is what you are expecting, this is not the place for you. If you want a quaint, comfortable, clean place with kitchen facilities and a pool, you should book here. For single travelers the place is safe and quiet, the gate is always locked so it's secure It is right across the road from 7 Mile Beach. My family (my husband, two teenagers and myself) had an amazing stay which was definitely enhanced by the kindness of the owners. I would highly recommend staying here.
