Cleanliness Spacious room Staff behaviour The rooms were amazing and felt like home Was so comforting and proper sanitation was maintained. My next stay is definitely going to be with them.

They should keep some mosquito repellent or all out machine in every room as dengue is spreading these days. However on request they provided us with the machine.

It’s really difficult to reach to you guys through phones, I have to try loads of numbers to reach to the hotel reception, the reception guy didn’t produce the meal Invoice, I doubt he charged us for breakfast too, however the breakfast was included and he wasn’t updated about it.

It’s extremely annoying to keep calling you and reach no where, we have left our belongings by mistake but no body got back to us despite of several calls and e-mails, the room was extremely small and no value for money, I appreciate the meal, you have a great cook..

doesnt look like as shown in the picture. has small rooms and they ask too much amount for one deluxe room. shouldn't be more than rs 1200.

I booked the hotel and when i reached the hotel, i was told that all rooms are sold out and i cant be accomodated. When it is all booked, why the booking.com showing availability.

Unprofessional management

Breakfast had 4 choices and you need to choose only one. Location was good nearer to Metro and some shopping centre. Also I see it is nearer to lots of office. Manager or partner were very accommodative.

Room were not clean, excuse given as it was holiday. All things were required to be requested, like towel water etc. The receptionist forgot to wake us up at the required time. Room natural lighting or ventilation is poor as there is no window.
