The property was clean. Parking lot was great. The breakfast was delicious.

New hotel with modern rooms and bathroom. Nice new gym.

It’s a good property. It is clean and taken care of.

The water smells and there is a consistent smell that comes from the bathroom. I’m wondering if that’s why the fan runs continuously. The toilet in the room was loose. The beds were a bit harder than I like but those are what they are. I think the most uncomfortable thing was the smells from the bathroom. It’s really the only reason I wouldn’t stay there again. I’ve stayed at other places in Hurricane and never experienced that smell. I had a sore throat and headache each morning when I woke.

I was planning on spending cash to oay for the room and put a card on deposit incase anything happened. They DO NOT except cash. They wouldn't take it.

The location was great. Everything was very clean & breakfast was good.

The staff (aside from the general manager) were all very rude. The pool was a little small for a packed weekend. Breakfast was good, but it would be good to change it up at least every couple of days to add some different options. They didn't offer extra shampoo/soap/conditioner for multiple night stays if you didn't have them clean the room every day. Canceling one night within the 24-hour time frame turned out to be a big hassle. Nobody seemed to understand how the process worked with a third-party booking site like Booking.com or Travelocity.

I checked out early and was charged the full price the facility said it was because I used Booking.com. that needs to be changed sometimes plans are changed it’s too bad I lost 100.00 on the reservation. not happy

Very relaxing stay, we always enjoy the location and ease of access.

The pool And jacuzzi tiles were a bit dirty had some weird brown grease in the corners. Found finger foods like crackers and gummy bears on the room floor.

Great Location, clean, fun pool for the kids, and a ok breakfast.
