Location and view were fantastic. Good value. Clean. Comfortable bed. Host was quick to respond. It felt very safe and secure. Helpful door staff.

The couch and chair were not comfortable to sit on. Apartment was chilly overnight. We couldn’t find an extra blanket. The security box didn’t work. I could only find two channels of regular television to watch. (In fairness, I did not ask host for more instructions.) Coffee pot didn’t work right. No paper towels in kitchen. Shower head needs cleaning to spray better.

You need to have a little Spanish to negotiate entering the building a talking the the man on the door. It was bit stressful. The apartment is in the middle of the busy city and very noisy most of the time. But you get used to it and the music usually stops around 3am.

the location is the heart of the historic center !!

You cannot beat the location of this apartment. It is literally in the middle of the action! The 2 side apartment walls are windows so the view is amazing. It was so fun be able to watch the fun happening on the ground from 11 stories up. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen has pretty much all you need. There is a big tv as well as plenty of space to spread out (there were 4 of us). Communication with the owner was good considering our lack of Spanish. My son used the gym twice and was happy to have one. He said it had all the equipment he needed.We felt very safe in this apartment with the front door man and the security measures taken.

I wish that the pull out bed was big enough for 2 people. The pull out fits one and there is an air bed available. (Super easy to pump up though!). Also the lighting could easily be improved with a couple additional bed/side lamps to help with reading at night. We ran out of toilet paper and there were no paper towels. The cleaning sponges were old/used. A coffee maker would be great! Also the safe was not working.

I have to do this review so other don’t get disappointed as I was. First of all and most importantly this unit has no AC. Extremely hot day and night. Owner has place a stand fan but honestly for those who have been in Mexico should know how the heat could be. This information is not listed clearly in the description on purpose. I contacted the owner and he said that there is no place where it mentions that AC is provided so I can’t complaint. I told him to put this information on the main description and he said that if he would he should also put that there Is no Jacuzzi, heliport and stuff like that, just being sarcastic. Really frustrating. When it comes to the shower I would say that it could possible be a hazard, water gets extremely hot and cold without even touching the handle, so having a relax shower wasn’t posible at all. This accommodation is a way too OVERRATED. There is no Lujo (Luxury) whatsoever. Location and a full size kitchen may be the only 2 major pluses.

Every time I go to Mexico City I stay at this beautiful place! It’s convenient to everything in centro histórico and surrounding points of interests!! Javier is a wonderful and very attentive host! He makes you feel at home!!! Spectacular views of the city!!! Recommend 100%!!!!!
