Property was very clean and well equiped. We love the location. We walked to dinner and enjoyed the out door space.

It was a nice condo. The check in ans sales pitch by Wyndam was a little annoying and the fact that the pool and playground outside our unit were not functioning was a bit of n issue, but all in all it was a nice place

The property is clean, comfortable and well furnished. Although we were disappointed that the warmer pool was empty, we enjoyed the hot tub. When we checked in our condo was not ready for over an hour and a half. The host gave us a bottle of wine and a late checkout. However I would have preferred to know that they were running late as we left an event and then missed our dinner reservation which both impacted our evening. I would stay there again.

Comfortable beds and location for wine country was good. Lots of grocery shopping nearby. Our main complaint is that this is a time share property which we did not see revealed anywhere in the listing or reviews. We had a very aggressive sales approach at check in (after a very morning travel start, flight and drive). Luckily we are an assertive bunch and got to our room without being sold. I would recommend the property but beware. Also, as this is a time share, you are getting whatever is available not an individual unit so the pictures are generally what is there, it is not what you are necessarily going to get. The main pool area was being renovated so not accessible; would recommend not staying before May 1 or checking the ongoing renos. The landscaping of the entire complex needed tending.

Love staying at the Worldmark for these trips. Amenities are just right for a small group. Gina was super helpful, especially when he had some special check-in needs due to varied flight times and flight delays!

We have stayed in this property twice now. The Wi-Fi and cellular service is next to nothing. That’s hard when you’re combining work with fun. there must not be much insulation between ground floor and second floor because we could hear the washer and dryer running upstairs and the kids running around. This particular unit was very dark and dreary we felt held hostage by the timeshare people. It took far longer to check in than we wanted, don’t think we’ll stay there again

We had a great time during our stay at the Worldmark in Windsor. The resort was very accommodating as was the property owner. They were very responsive to our questions and needs, the facility was very clean and the staff very friendly. We would love to come back and stay at another date.

It is a great property and easy check-in process.

Our room location was great and clean. We didn’t plan to cook any meals in our unit except eggs for breakfast. There weren’t any spices, including salt and pepper so needed to go to the front desk for this. Also, no paper napkins, Saran or aluminum foil. We have stayed here before and would do so again. It’s a great location for us.

I stayed here with my three adult children. We had more than enough space. The queen sized murphy bed was an awesome feature. We enjoyed the hot tub which was a short walk off the back patio of this ground level unit. Only complaint was that the unit wasn't ready for check in until 6pm (2 hours late) - we checked in the day after Christmas so it was a busy time. Otherwise, we would absolutely stay here again.

Spacious and comfortable apartment for 2 couples. Added bonus that the pool was open as the weather has been so good. Slightly slow check-in process (as we weren’t the property owners) but staff were very friendly. Ideally located for visiting Sonoma Valley vineyards and Russian River Brewery.

Comfortable for the 5 of us ( all women in family) and clean. We enjoyed using the pool, hot tub and exercise facility. Good central location for us to explore.

The property is very quiet and everything you need is very close and convenient.

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The pictures do not do it justice. There is nothing I didn't like about it. If you are looking for a get away for your family, this is the place to stay. The hotel has so many things for kids to do and for families to do together. The SF zoo and 6 flags are only 1 hour away from here, which are two fun places to go. Not only that, but the beach is only 45 minutes away, which is very relaxing and beautiful. If you needed a sign to book with Gina, this is your sign. You will no regret it. Gina made everything so easy and was very helpful with all questions I had. I will definitely be coming back.
