Beautiful small hotel, modern, nice interior, spacious room, cosy & green yard, clean swimming pool with sunbeds to cool down and the breakfast: simply amazing!

Отель выбирали долго и придирчиво, в итоге остановились на 17Rooms. Как обычно бывает, испытывали лёгкое волнение в предвкушении встречи. Но по прибытию оно улетучилось. Прекрасное месторасположение в тихом и зелёном районе, стильный экстерьер и невероятно уютный интерьер. Приветливый, энергичный персонал. Номер лаконичный, но оформлен со вкусом. Всё качественно и очень аккуратно. Удобный матрас, есть места для хранения, в номере предоставляют всё необходимое (халаты, тапочки, полотенца, принадлежности, так что ничего лишнего с собой брать не придётся). Не хватало маленькой зубной пасты, пришлось покупать.
Завтрак разнообразный, полезный, сытный и очень вкусный.
После отдыха остались исключительно положительные эмоции!

- Very good staff, helpful and professional. Clearly seen that the hotel trains them.
- Despite the relatively small rooms, they are comfortable and clean.
- Price is OK. Neither expensive nor cheap.
- The location is quite good but the car is recommended to get there.
- The pool was clean and the atmosphere was very nice around it.
- There was no food service/restaurant in the hotel rather than breakfast service. So during the daytime you have to walk quite far from the hotel to get the food.
- The standard room had no refrigerator to get the cold drinks in the summer days.
- The bar is not working in the evening.

Second time in Seventeen Rooms and second time happy. Lovely, clean, room and great breakfast.
Not a complaint as timing is clearly stated at time of reservation, but it would be wonderful to have breakfast already from 8am. This would allow an earlier start for the many excursions one does when in Telavi.

Nice, spacious room with comfortable bed and super comfy ottomans (I think that's the name; a kind of lounge armchair). Friendly and helpful staff at the reception and good breakfast choices. Our room had also a wonderful big terrace that unfortunately we could not take advantage of because of the weather. In warm weather it must be a dream to sit there.

Our room had security lights shining right into our room so it was practically daylight all night long. We suggested the lights to be moved in the future. The owner and staff was very supportive and provided a short term solution that brought some relieve, thanks for that

An absolute gem of a hotel. Beautiful lounges and common areas. Warm and personalized service, Jaba was the mot helpful hotel manager we encountered in Georgia. We stayed in the King room with a balcony, it was fabulous.
The night manager was not as attentive or knowledgeable as the daytime management. It was harder to communicate with him.

We came evening at hotel, after long working day. They offered free upgrade to Luxe room and it was huge surprise and even gave us late checkout for free😊 This was our second and not the last stay. Highly recommend.

Great location. Hotel is new and smells fantastic. Rooms are very cosy and clean. Hotel has very beautiful design, looks like boutique hotel. Staff is very friendly. Especially thanks for Jaba, he was very positive and kind to us. Also location is very good, 10-15 min walk to city center. Breakfast was included and was pretty good. Territory was also nice, you can sit outside in front of fountain or walk in the forest, wich is behind hotel. View is also good. Higly recomended. For it's price it was pretty cool.

The hotel is very beautiful , the beds were so comfortable and the whole site is really tastefully designed and decorated. Food at breakfast was excellent and there was a good selection to choose from. The manager was very helpful and courteous.
The bar is advertised as open til 10pm however it closed every evening no later than 7.30 even after we checked it would be open til 8 on one particular evening. We had enjoyed a mojito whilst playing cards in the lounge and wanted another but it wasn’t possible as the bartender had left.
Breakfast was good but it would be better if there was a boiler of hot water for tea and coffee and also some jugs of cold water for drinking. We had to ask every time for both.
The staff were fine but lacked a bit of friendliness and customer service.

We were so surprised by this hotel - in a great way! It is very new, with eclectic and fascinating art works, and a stunning, relaxing lobby/lounge full of beautiful interior design. The bedrooms were well-proportioned, exceptionally clean with great bathrooms and inviting balconies. The bedding was lush - comfortable mattress and a variety of pillow options. Breakfast was abundant and we enjoyed the lovely courtyard as a backdrop. The staff was accommodating, and helpful when booking taxis, talking about the hotel and being genuinely helpful, nice people.
Nothing - we loved it all. The only feedback is: the photographs on Bookings.com do not represent the property at all. We were expecting a 2 star hotel, rather this is a boutique, luxury art hotel. We recommend the owners retake the photos of the hotel, to truly reflect this amazing hotel.
