Great location close to all the bars and shops and places to eat. Very comfortable and everything you need and more for your stay.
The shower was not very powerful but was not a great issue it did the job and was always hot.

They do not provide breakfast, however, the location was brilliant. Very easy to find it.

Breakfast was not included. Key code was not sent to us. A neighbour phoned owner to obtain code.
Found owner to be rude and not very helpful. We requested heating and got a rude answer. Had difficulty getting on internet because english pound was used. We are from Australia and don't have pound sign. It was mainly her attitude, we are not second class citizens and expect a mutual respect.
We have been travelling for 10 weeks and not one place requested us to empty all rubbish bins and put rubbish into street bins, also had to strip beds and bag up towels and linen??

Amazing location just off the main shopping / eating streets yet not noisy and parking available outside. Warm house and extremely comfortable beds. Very well equipped kitchen and spacious. Loved that it was dog friendly too.

It was a home and so welcoming. Instructions were clear and we let ourselves in using lock box.
Heating was already on and apartment was beautiful and clean, with beds all made up and ready, with very comfortable duvets and pillows. Kitchen had every gadget and device one could every want!
Lot of traffic jams due to Lakeland winter roadworking policy. But we could get around with SatNav and avoid them, anyway. Some activities had already closed in the town, but most were still open, pleasure boats and museums all open, so no real inconveniences, despite it being October.

great location with free parking outside. well stocked kitchen, we baked cakes and cooked dinner! nice little park over the road for kids to play football

Clean, cosy and the location couldn't have been better! Everything you could want in a holiday cottage and more!
Nothing to dislike. Being picky the shower could be stronger but that certainly wouldn't stop us from returning or recommending to friends or family.

Location is amazing, from the back door you are on the main street in a few steps! Very convenient for bus stops and Windermere station too.
The apartment is very well equipped and, despite the changes due to covid, offers a comfortable stay for its guests. Lots of space meaning people can have a bit of privacy while sharing time together and probably the only bidet in England!
Keys are in a safe box but on the tag there is an emergency contact if necessary. Info sheets are available in the lounge and in the corridor
We didn't have any contact with the host (keys are in a safe box), but I wouldn't mind a text, just to make sure we were arrived and okay.
A bin in the bedrooms would be really useful.
There was some stuff under the bed and in the freezer from previous occupant which I think should be binned considering covid risk.
Bathroom would benefit from a little upgrade
