Lots of room throughout the property. Clear instructions how to find property, parking and use key press. Again, lots of instructions about everything inside the property. Nice welcome touch providing prosecco and milk. Good shower. Exceptionally clean.

It hadn’t been cleaned, dishes put away, bedding and towels changed after previous guests. The bed was lumpy and uneven in its support. When we spoke to the owner about the accommodation not being ready for use she said, “not again,” implying it was the first time her cleaner had let them down. We had to wait nearly 3 hours after the expected access time (16:00) for the property to be made ready.

A delightful little apartment with lovely views. It is in an ideal location just a short walk from Rye centre. This is our second visit and we hope to come back.

Lovely 1 bed apartment on the waters edge. Very quiet, peaceful location 5-10 mins walk from the town centre. Warm, comfortable and very homely with everything you need already thought of.

Great location beside river and only a few minutes walk into the quaint historic village of Rye. Lots to explore in Rye and surrounding area. Very close to a nature reserve and the beach.
